Loads of maintenance invoices from the previous owner who owned the van from new.
We bought the van in 2021 and spent a year converting with the below works being done by us.
Full documented engine refurbishment last year at 97,000 miles done by The Engine Room Scotland. New ERG Cooler, turbo, pumps timing belt etc etc. full list of work can be seen on the invoice.
Just serviced (oil and filters) following 1000 miles done after engine refurb.
OEM cruise control fitted and coded and Apple/android play head unit with reversing camera.
16” Rogue Alloy CC1 wheels with 225 75 16 BF Goodrich All Terrains with around 3000 miles done, all with over 8mm a tread at least.
Small chip in windscreen but hasn’t got worse in the years we’ve had the van so haven’t bothered repairing.
A2B Conversions extended side pods with sliding windows.
Van Pimps Windows all round.
Dometic Heki 2 Skylight.
Pods, windows and skylight fitted by a windscreen specialist in London.
Sound deadening insulation on all panels, 40mm Celotex insulation all round with 100mm fleece insulation roll throughout, fully vapour sealed. van is super warm!!
Cork tongue and groove flooring, really nice finish and ads an extra element of insulation to the floor as well.
VanConcept bulkhead kit with 12mm ply.
12v electrical system with 130AH leisure battery and Simply Split Charge 140amp kit. Overhead LED spot lights, under locker LED strip lights and bedside reading lights all wired back to multi gang switch on the bed bulkhead. There is 12v cabling behind the kitchen for a water pump. Rear storage area also has a 12v LED light as it gets dark in there while out and about camping.
Walls and ceilings are finished with 6mm birch ply and window surrounds are carpeted with 4 way car/campervan stretch lining carpet.
All cabinetry (kitchen, overhead lockers, storage seating, table and bulkhead) were custom made by The Ply Guys in Glasgow so the standard and workmanship is second to none. We use a Utoka 45 cooler under the larger seat which lasts us at least a weekend without having to top up with ice again.
Rear seating has custom made covers made by an upholsterer with additional wadding so super comfy and again workmanship is amazing!
Bed has full size double IKEA mattress.
We’ve put a sink and Dometic Go Hydration Tap – rechargeable cold water tap with 2 x 20L water containers under the sink, 1 x clean and 1 x dirty.
We use a portable 2 burner hob, this fits on the kitchen but we like cooking outside so didn’t bother putting an inset burner in the kitchen.
Camping toilet, hob, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector all sold with the van.
I think that’s everything but I’ve likely missed something, viewing is highly recommended – needs to be seen to be appreciated!
Full size double bed for 2 adults – 135cm x 190cm (4.5ft x 6.25ft)
