VW T30 104 bhp Turbo deisel, manual 5 speed gearbox. The van pulls cleanly and drives well. The van has a full folder reflecting the service and maintenance history. The new MOT is until 04.10.2025. The van is fitted with a tow bar with working electrics.
The bodywork is in good condition for year. The paintwork on the hightop could be improved along with the lower right-hand rear door. There is a small scuff by the nearside rear wheel arch. The price reflects this scope for improvement.
The interior of the van is in excellent original condition. The seat fabrics are unmarked and show very little sign of wear. The fittings still look smart and have a nice ageing light patina in places from careful use. This is a 2 berth van with both front seats swivelling to open up a comfortable living and sleeping space. The bed makes up to a comfortable full width double bed and the kitchen remains full accessible at the rear of the van.
The kitchen comprises 3 way fridge, 3 burner cooker and grill converted to Camping Gaz and a sink that has a pumped water supply. There is a Thetford toilet (unused in my time) and a shower with in floor shower tray.
The van has a Zig electrical control panel that allows for switching between the van battery when touring, or the leisure battery or 240 volt hook-up when on site. There are two interior lights in the living and kitchen spaces and even a hanging wardrobe for your clothes. There is good over cab storage for bedding and other camping gear. There is a pioneer DAB radio with CD player and bluetooth connectivity.
The van has a third belted seat behind the passenger seat and a rear side bench seat.
This has been a comfortable, cozy van to stay in and I’ve enjoyed owning it, but has been little used the last year -so time for someone else to enjoy.
The van is likely to be located in Dulwich SE22, but might also be found in Croyde North Devon, so please do call me regarding viewings.
