* All advisories from the last MOT have been done.
* Stainless steel exhaust
* 2015 the previous owner had any rust removed and the van resprayed.
* Only rust we can see is a tiny spot on the corner of the sliding door and the hinge instead the sliding door.
* We had the Cambelt and water pump replaced in July 2024
* Insulated ceiling, panels and back door.
* Does have wiring for lesiure battery but we’ve never used it and removed the battery as its not what we wanted.
* Captain swivel seat on passenger side
* Grey carpet tiles on floor, grey fabric on ceiling and side panels and back doorin the back.
* 2 New driver & passenger VW leather seat covers.
* Floor carpet rug in cab
* Levelling ramps, 2 Window vents, 25 Metre Hook up lead with plug and USB sockets, Camping low wattage electric heater, Carbon monoxide detector.
* We are in the process of removing the vinyls off the back door as we will replace if we keep the van.
* Cd radio in the front
* Roof bars which aren’t fitted as we removed but will come with the van.
* We have a side channel for an awning/canopy which needs fitting so will come with van.
* Windscreen insulated exterior cover, which covers both front side windows.
* Steering wheel lock
* Some storage racks
Great to drive and great body work for the year.

Only whats listed is included as we haven’t emptied the van as we use daily.
Driven daily so mileage will go up
The previous owner built the unit but we took some of the units out to make the bed wider.
There is storage under the bench to the side of the bed.
1 Rock and roll bed which we have put a foam cushion to one side to extend the width of the bed.
