VW T5.1 LWB 2012 Nearly complete conversion

Reluctant sale as my plans have now changed.

Bought as a base vehicle already insulated, sound deadened and carpet lined. Furniture bought from van furniture online. U-shaped furniture with oak worktops. Bed folds out to a length of 182cm. Also included is an oak table with sequoia leg that hasn’t yet been installed. Hob and sink installed and comes with water pump, water containers and tap. Hob also has all the fittings including copper pipe to connect gas but that is also yet to be complete.
It has an auto term diesel heater with comfort controller that was professionally fitted straight in to the fuel tank and is located under the drivers seat.
300Ah Fogstar drift Pro lithium battery also included.

Has windows in the barn doors with black out curtains and insulated blinds but I never got round to putting a further opening window to the side door.

Currently there is no solar panel or alternator charger, I usually take the battery out to charge it (will include the charger). Battery with fridge running, water pump and charging my electronics, usually lasts around 5 days from full charge.

Mechanically sound and all paperwork/receipts included. Cambelt replaced in October 2024, full clutch kit was replaced may 2025. MOT’d until 09/25.
She’s in amazing condition, very clean and tidy. Happy to take more photos if required.
