From a stone barn on the Southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales comes The OG Camper Co.
Owner, Steve Boy brings over 16 years as a qualified Engineer, 6 of which were spent as an Aircraft Engineer for the UK’s flagship carrier, maintaining and repairing commercial aircraft at London’s Heathrow. He also has a degree in Motorsport Engineering and a BTEC Higher in Manufacturing Engineering.
We offer systems design and build service for off-road capable camper vans, as well as outfitting and workshop services for overland vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer full customer conversions, or joinery services to vehicles. We’re now specialising in systems design/install only, which in effect includes install of electrics/gas/water systems up to 1st fix/insulation stage. We also offer structural modification to vehicles such as structural bed mounting points etc. We can carry out basic ply lining and carpet lining.
We also produce complete in-house builds, on the T5/T6/6.1 4motion platform using innovative products from the likes of Ovano and FrontRunner as well as some of our own products. These can be commissioned by customers but we no longer offer hand built interiors. Other specs can be set by customers.
