We met Ben & Kathryn in December 21 when we went to view a van they’d built & had for sale on Quirky. We loved the van and could really see the build quality but someone else had just seen that van & snapped it up. However, Ben & Kathryn said they could do a custom build. So, in February 22 work began on a Peugeot Boxer we’d found and in April 22 we took delivery of Oti.

We had a zoom call to discuss our requirements and when the build design & quote arrived we felt really listened to and loved what was being proposed. Ben & Kathryn were in contact throughout running anything past us, keeping us fully informed. There was an issue with the heater we’d chosen but Ben sorted this out & did the research. His skill as a craftsman is awesome and Kathryn’s design knowledge & styling superb. We visited halfway through the build but then said we didn’t want to see the van until the reveal & they really respected this & didn’t put any pictures on Instagram. Oti was finished on the day agreed at the beginning and to say we love her is an understatement, we were blown away. We’ve stayed in touch and even been back for a few updates to Oti.
