Travelled all around UK adding 11000 miles (mileage now is 25,400) drives great with no issues whatsoever.
Has many extras.
Dodo mats, insulation and vapour barrier throughout. no leaks whatsoever and no condensation build up except on windscreen when you wake up in the morning. this can not be stopped 100%
Conversion was carried out outside during the winter and the rain. this helped to spot any leaks. all possible leak areas were sealed properly. including all original bolt holes for sliding door, rear door and hinges. all side plastic trims sealed. this van is 100% water tight and no rain will find its way in. tested with a jet washer at the early stages of the conversion and later on.
Could do with a swivel passenger seat but we did not need this at all.

Calorifier water heater: water is heated in three ways, free hot water from Engine Matrix, 12 VDC heating element and 240 VAC heating element. you decide which one to use, we found that the engine matrix is the best and quickest giving enough hot water for two adults to shower.
Dash cam with front and rear view display all the time complete with recording function and micro memory card.
