The vehicle is in very good condition. The bodywork has small dents, stone chips and marks as would be expected of any vehicle of its age. Specific pictures can be supplied on request.
Beds: The campervan sleeps two adults and one child. The bed is a fixed memory foam double (190cm x 126cm), and the sofa also acts as a small single bed (170×50), alternatively, there is a single camp bed that fits in the centre of the floor.
Seating: There are three belted seats with headrests in the front.
Electrical Setup: There is 240v hook-up system that can be used in campsites (or anywhere with a power outlet). There is also a 120ah battery that provides plenty of power when off grid. This battery is powered by the vehicle alternator and two large solar panels on the roof. There is an inverter that provides 240v from the batteries for charging laptops etc on the move, there are also USB charging points throughout the vehicle. There are six lighting options allowing you to set the mood throughout the camper. All of the electrics are operated from one central control panel.
Cooking Equipment: The campervan has a 3-ring gas hob, oven and grill supplied by a large under-mounted (33l) refillable LPG tank. There is also a good-sized Dometic fridge allowing you to stay well supplied.
Water and Sanitation: There is a large 90l fresh water tank and a 65l waste tank supplying the kitchen sink with water. The water tanks are stored under the vehicle and are filled at a filler point on the side to the kitchen. There is a small chemical toilet located under the sofa with the necessary chemicals and equipment.
Audio Equipment: There are two speakers built into the living area of the camper. These are powered by an amp mounted in the electrical control unit, simply plug in using the supplied aux cable and enjoy!
Heating: The campervan is heated by a thermostatic LPG heater (Propex) that will heat the van in a matter of minutes (plenty of insulation!) The hot air comes out of ducts at floor level to heat the camper evenly.
Extra Information: Ffion has a pair of insulated sliding doors between the living space and the cab. These are brilliant for controlling temperature, humidity, light, and privacy (all essential in a campervan!) There are two skylights and a large window on the sliding door. All windows and skylights are insulated (double layer), opening, and fitted with blackout blinds and fly nets. Storage design is a priority in the camper van, there are top cabinets running the full length of the vehicle, and there is a large under-bed storage area that can be accessed from the living area via a large tambour door.
Conversion Story: The base vehicle was converted, over a couple of years, to give the feeling of being in a country cottage on wheels, using high quality materials and equipment throughout. The main design requirement was to create a camper that worked on a practical level. Years of holidaying in campervans led to the prioritisation of space and storage. It really makes all the difference having everything you need stored away, giving room to move and live in the camper!
