Conversion Description
2x captain swivel chairs extending our seating area capacity to at least 5.
Bench seat 1.2 meters long with 10cm thick cushion with a removable cover to allow for easy cleaning. Built into the bench seat 2x 12v usb ports. The lid of the bench seat can be lifted easily thanks to hydronic struts.

Inside the bench seat is the diesel heater and 18ltr hot water tank. The diesel heater can be set to heat the room or hot water through a valve easily accessible on the side of the bench seat. (This is out of direct view) below the valve control is the temperature displayed to show the temperature of the hot water. A full 18ltr tank of water can be warm enough to shower in about 15 mins. Next to these controls is a 3 pin 240v plug socket connected to the inverter. There are also 2x 12v USB ports built into the bench seat.

Above the bench seat are white storage cupboards with a beautiful rattan finish.

The controls to the diesel heater are attached to the external wall of the shower and a portable remote we like to keep by the bed so we can control it from bed, too.

A small white table is perfect for us to dine, and I use this as a desk for work, too. You can adjust the height and position to move around each seat in the van. It’s also fully removable for when you have guests or to just free up your space.

The shower/drying room is 90cm × 60cm.
A fibreglass floor allows for movement without cracking like many plastic shower trays do. With a feed from the diesel heater into the bathroom, this creates the perfect space to dry items. The shower has great water pressure (better than most houses).
Toilet is a Simploo seperating/composting toilet. We take this out for showering.
A cabinet with a mirrored door is the perfect size to store all toiletries.

The kitchen contains a Dometic CRX80 fridge. This is a 12v fridge around 80ltrs. With a small freezer compartment. I don’t struggle to get a weeks worth of shopping for 2 in there.

Dometic LPG cooker and hob. Both are installed by a gas safe registered gas engineer and will come with a gas safe certificate. The LPG is delivered from an underslung tank to ensure no space is taken up by gas cylinders inside the home and is much safer as the gas supply is outside the vehicle rather than inside. This can be refilled at LPG filling stations. We usually refill this every 6 months while living in it full time. I do a lot of baking in the van, so you may find it to be much less.

Silver sink and tap. Hot water supplied by the diesel heater and cold water supplied by the external 100ltr underslung water tank. There is a separate tap connected to an aqua quality filter to provide drinking water. The sink tap can be swivelled to outside for outside showering and is great to swill feet off at the beach to get back in the van.

Lots of storage in the kitchen under the counter and overhead. Overhead storage has LED lighting perfect for cooking.

The gas and water level displays are positioned on the side of the kitchen unit for easy monitoring.

On the counter is 1 x 3pin 240v plug socket connected to the inverter and 2x 12v USB ports.

Under counter cosmetic lighting is controlled next to water level display, providing nice mood lighting.

A splash board sits behind the hob to stop splash on the wooden wall and the bed and allows for easy cleaning.

Below the bed is a rattan finished door offering access to the garage.

Along the side of the bed is 190 cm of wardrobe space. With mirrored sliding doors. This gives you plenty of storage space for your clothing and personal belongings.

the garage we have the electric set up
Electrical system
300w of solar renogy (3 x 100w solar panels)
30amp mppts controller renogy rover seiris
100ah lithium battery rengoy
40ah dc – dc charger, which charges the battery whilst driving.
1000w inverter renogy, this is enough to run laptops and other appliances, e.g, food blender, hair strainers, etc.
12v blade fuse board where all appliances are fused for safety.

Battery charge is monitored by an app on your phone that connects via Bluetooth.

We have never needed to plug our home into mains. The solar power and DC-DC charger is more than enough to sustain the van and more. I work from the van charging my laptop daily while during the winter months running the diesel heater all day.

Opposite this are the water pumps.

The garage also has draws that slide out perfectly designed for bikes to fit in along with various storage solutions so you can bring all the toys! The garage is lined with a heavy-duty rubber to ensure it can endure getting wet and regular use.

The small bedroom window is tinted, and when opened in, the team with the 12v max air fan creates the perfect draught to keep the van cool during the summer months. The fan can be set to pull in from outside or from inside out with different settings of speed and a cover to protect it from the rain.

2x 12v USB ports positioned in the bedroom to allow for easy phone charging during the night.

We have openable tinted windows on both sides, too, with thermal black out curtains to help keep the heat in through the winter. Removable thermal covers for the cab windows are included with the van.

The van has been fully insulated with a 50ml celetex on the floor and recycled plastic bottles on the roof and walls. Last winder, we saw temps of -14 and was very warm and cosy.
Plastic bottles are the most efficient way to insulate campervans at the moment as they have no risk to health or respiratory side effects, are a cleaner option, and help repel rodents. Not to mention it lasts a lifetime.

The roof space has a bespoke roof rack perfect to load with toys (we usually use this to transport our kayaks and can get 6 kayaks on there at one time) 3 solar panels that surround the Maxair fan termination. Fan can be controlled at the fan itself, and by the remote, we store it by the bed for the warm summer mornings.

Extra storage is offered above the bulk head (we like to use this space for bulky items like coats and gym bags) and a box between the seats we like to use for shoes.

The van has a 50ltr external underslung grey water tank, which is controlled by switches next to the steering wheel to allow for easy emptying. At a push, if a button, you can open the great water tank and close it.

1 x carbon monoxide located in the living area.

Winter tyres – 4x BF Goodridge KO2 fitted around 6 months ago with very little wear.

Touch sensor lights spread through the van.

Roll out canopy positioned over the sliding door to provide shelter in the rain and shade in the sun.

Cab thermal blinds are included

Wifi – hawaii E5577 4G mobile broadband WiFi router with antennas on the roof of the van. I work from the van, and this has been the perfect solution to get a reliable connection where I can hold meetings and WiFi calling. This will not come with the sim card you will need to put your own in. We can give advice and guidance with this. We have an EE sim and pay £15 per month for unlimited data and worldwide roaming.

The home can come with all kitchen equipment if you want it, so you can head off in Jiffy as soon as you get her. Plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, pans, etc, to kick start you off. This can also be removed if you don’t want it.

This campervan has been home to myself and my partner for the last two years.  The home has been all over Europe and the UK and has been a joy

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact and viewings available.

We have plans for Europe this year so May be able to bring to Europe at cost if needed.

Beds Description
Fixed small double bed 120cm wide 195cm in length. This elevated by around 1 meter to allow room for the garage. Mattress was made to measure from eFoam.
Memory foam/sponge mattress. This mattress is made up of a sponge base and memory foam layer on top.

The sofa can provide a small bed option for a guest to stay. We had a 6.3ft man stay on there. With the pilot chair turned around. It wouldn’t be a comfortable long-term for an adult but great for a weekend or long term for a smaller person/child. (My niece and nephews come and stay regularly and are happy staying on this)

195cm

Beds Description

Fixed double bed orientated length ways up the van good for taller people as you can stretch out (I’m 6.4). Wardrobe on drivers side of the van by the bed which gives huge amount of space to store clothes
