The van was stripped back to its shell and all sound proofing, insulation, vapour barrier and interior was refurbished in early 2025. Pictures available to prove this. We decided just to keep the two kitchen area windows (one of which has an opening) and not add more for security reasons and to keep the rear sleeping area darker. As this was designed for a family of four travelling both off-grid and at campsites we decided to save space and not install a shower or toilet and instead use an environmentally friendly compost toilet from Trobolo and use the space for more storage cupboards which is essential when travelling with two young children.
We have loved the head room and the ease in which we can jump into bed without having to change the configuration or set up sleeping areas.
We also have a super reliable diesel heater that heats up the cabin space really quickly. This is very common in off grid set ups like campers and boats. We have lots of camping equipment also being sold with the van so its all ready to go!
Two bunk beds. Upper level for children. Lower bunks for adults or can be converted into double or keep as two sofas for daytime lounging or dining.
