Totally kitted out, Fully off-grid, all weather, self-contained, lovingly converted, comfortable, cosy, camper.
Camp anywhere without the need to plug-in to the mains or for public showers and toilet so this saves cost of official camp sites and gives you total freedom!

The 8kw diesel heater is fed directly from the van’s fuel tank, this blows out warm air. Heats up very quickly and has thermostat control panel to maintain a comfortable temperature even in winter.

The van walls, roof and floor are insulated keeping the van warm in winter and cool in summer.
Clad with lightweight, treated panels and carpet on the ceiling and back doors.
Pop top vent fitted for safe air flow.
There‘a lots of storage build in with 4 x overhead lockers, as well as extra storage in the bulkhead and properly fitted kitchen units with drawers, cupboards and pantry storage. For safety a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide alarm have been fitted.
Two privacy tinted windows provide plenty of light, both have sliding opener to allow airflow. Each window has a black pleated style blinds for easy privacy.
Double-sided privacy blinds that fit the windscreen and front door windows for privacy overnight and also can either reflect sun or insulate depending on which way round you mount them.

Ceiling, floor, and indépendant bedside lights provide versatile options with the controls just inside the sliding door as you enter. Also fitted is a fiamma outdoor light controlled from the same panel.

There is a handy Fiamma Porta Potti which is on an easily accessible slide-out unit under the bench seat in the dining area.

There are 2 x leisure batteries for a powerful 12v system.
A 3000w full sine wave inverter provides mains 240v ac to a socket when off-grid, this can be used to charge laptops, power toaster, hair dryer, etc and run the TV and DVD player (also included).
There is also an electrical hook-up on the van which feeds three sockets, for safety it is supplied via a 2-way RCD consumer unit. The power cable is also supplied for this.
There is a split relay charger built in to allow the leisure batteries to be charged whilst the engine is running . This provides power to the batteries even in winter or overcast cloudy days.

On the roof there is a solar panel, This supplies extra power to the two leisure batteries. There is also a battery isolator switch which allows you to cut the power when not in use.
There are two USB chargers, a 12v cigarette style socket and 3 x 240v sockets . In the garage is a further 12v sockets and light fittings.

Texhnika TV/DVD player is mounted on the side wall so you can view it from the bed or the seating area. TV also includes an HDMI ports and USB ports, come with usb C input for your phone/ipad.
It has an external aerial and is tuned into 51 freeview channels.

Lighting
Internal lighting is 12v LED, in total there are 4 overhead ceiling spot lights, 2 switched low spot lights, 2 led low level strip lights and 4 x spotlights in the garage area. There are also 2 separately switched bedtime reading lights meaning you can turn off lights without needing to get out of bed. There is also a LED colour-changing strip light powered by 240v plug.

Kitchen

Plenty of storage cupboards, a cutlery drawer, plus 3 more larger storage drawers; a pantry storage unit, 3 x large drawers under the sink. Remodelled IKEA units and worktop. Spice rack style shelves means you can store quick access things here and they stay put whilst you’re driving.
A separate split-access cupboard for water and gas making it easy to service and refill from the side door access. An extendable Worktop area for more versatile space.
A Dometic gas hob, fed by a Campingaz bottle in a vented gas safe. Stainless steel sink and running water. The lid on the sink hob combo can be closed for extra work top space. There is a fitted 50ltr Smad compressor fridge/freezer, 3-way power means you can use it on 240v, 12v and with gas to save your batteries.

Dining / Living Area

Large and very comfortable bespoke foam upholstered bench sofa and a slide-out table makes a flexible living/working space. This easily converts to a large single bed by flipping over the seat and attaching the legs. The foam sofa cushions fit flat as a mattress Under the bench sofa is lots of extra storage space as well as the roll-out Porta Potti and the leisure battery and electrical controls. There is also hanging storage and useful cubby hole behind the driver’s seat.
The passenger seats are swivel seats so can be turned around to create a large living area that can seat 5-6 people.

Bedroom

A comfortable bespoke mattress that makes use of the full width of the van. There are two independently operated reading lights and a HD LED TV for cosy movie nights and catching up with terrestrial TV. There is storage each side of the bed for bedside trinkets and glasses etc. Extra storage cupboards installed at the foot-end of the bed. A Fiamma roof light allows ventilation and has a fly-screen and black-out blind.

Garage Area

maximising storage space. Accessed from the rear of the van and has plenty of room for all your lots of kit such as bikes, paddle boards, fire pits, camping chairs and tables, etc. Built in storage drawers make use of the space around the fridge housing and a YALE safe is tucked behind the wheel arch.
Carpeted, insulated and with floor covering it still looks smart. There is a clothes rail which is great for wetsuits or coats as well as extra coat hooks and storage hooks fitted inside.
Lights with an independent switch make it easy to see and 12v sockets means you have power for things like pumps and chargers.
External shower on the back door powered by gas and water pump. Luxuriously hot water and great pressure make this a really fun experience.

Awning
Fiamma F80s awning, professionally fitted and mounted on the roof. Creates a big sheltered outdoor patio space and is robust in wind and rain. Comes with the winding tool which has a custom-fitted mounting in the garage. Due to the nature of this product, one arm joint is actually broken. However it still works perfectly as we have replaced the joint with a nut and bolt which is actually stronger and better than the factory fitted fiamma joint, in my opinion. New part could be purchased but we prefer this set up.

Sofa covers are included in the listing as well some water canisters , the gas canisters, plus lots of the camping equipment if you want it.
