2018 Transit Custom Cosy Camper With Awning

The van was professionally insulated and carpeted along with the installation of 2 side opening windows, 2 barn door windows, ventilation fan and HUGE opening roof window. At the same time I had the double passenger seat changed to a double swivel which works fab with the clip on side table!

I chose the window layout especially as I wanted one side completely window free to allow for more added wall storage inside and also to help with privacy and security when parked up roadside.

Also, I wanted an opening back window which is why I went for the shorty rear window so it could open and create a lovely through breeze. All windows professionally fitted.
The van was stored over the winter months as I wasn’t using it and zero signs of leaks, mould etc.
A local carpenter installed the kitchen units which are of high quality as well as the a gorgeous solid walnut chunky worktop which has been oiled 3 times prior to fitting.

The statement stainless steel round sink, drainer and rechargeable tap are all brand new along with the fresh/waste tanks underneath (tested and working)

This was originally designed with a full bed across the back but I like being able to walk through the camper so I changed it recently to enable me to work comfortably at a large desk and also gives space for a single bed (with another clip on side table) but could easily be changed back to a full width bed as the structure is the same.

The windows are black out but would benefit from some blinds/curtains for the evenings. But there are interior front, passenger & driver insulated window covers with suckers included in the sale.
Bulkhead shelf is insulated but needs finishing.

This really is a gorgeous camper that just needs the tiniest of time to make it perfect, I’m quite devastated to see it go but unfortunately my travel buddy crossed the rainbow bridge recently and the adventures are just not the same without him.
