4 Berth Family Campervan, 5 Seatbelts, 1 year MOT, Ready for off grid adventure

This is an excellent quality and well thought out conversion, created in 2020 by EA Leisure, an award winning professional conversion company in Ashington, Northumberland. They specialise in caravans and camper conversions and pride themselves in great workmanship and lightweight fixtures and fittings. They are a super friendly and helpful bunch and we have used them if we have needed any tweaks since like adding a bike rack. The camper was converted from a 5 year old, white, Citroen Relay van with a sound engine in great condition.

The finishes are warm homely, neutral, modern and have been extremely well looked after. It was built for a family of four in mind, but has been owned by us, a couple who have travelled in it on average twice a year (approx 2-3 weeks use per year) with some really exciting and comfortable adventures. Grey felt lining means the acoustics are fantastic with no echos and the insulation means it’s quiet and peaceful to sleep in. It has excellent storage both inside the main area and under bed ‘garage’ storage which has fit all our wetsuits, SUP, kyack, clothing, boots, BBQ and beach stuff. The bed has been brilliantly comfortable and cosy, we have particularly loved the large open space in the main kitchen area as we are a tall couple that wanted a van we didn’t feel cramped in and could stand up in. We are 6ft 2 and 5ft 8.

There is a TV with a dvd player and remote, and a good amount of spot lighting in the main living area and the bed too on separate switches. There are several usb points for phone charging both in the kitchen and the bedroom.

We have added a solar panel that allows us to stay fully charged camping off grid for as long as we like. We also have a hook up point for use with the plug sockets (for 12v appliances- toaster, heater etc) with cable included. The conversion has an excellent kitchen that we have loved as it has large amount of cupboard storage for food and that houses the water for the tap and gas for the cooker hob, it also has an excellent fridge (that is like a tardis!) with small freezer. The sink and cooker are all in great condition.

The front passenger seats pivot around to face inwards creating a two seater sofa. Two seats that are part of the rock-n-roll bed also create a sofa-so giving comfy seating for 4 people- opposite one another. There is a small fold away table to eat at. A larger one that would seat 4 comfortably stowed away in the garage storage too.

There is a Fiamma bike rack for two bikes on the rear right door. We also have a awning that is not a proper campervan awning but has worked well for us on rainy days! It clips on with elastic cables to two nodules on the roof. See pics for ref. We also added two sets of plastic drawers that we used for clothes we can include in the sale.
