We have spent 2021 completing this conversion to a very high standard. He has lovingly been called Yoshi after our quiet obsession for dinosaurs and the amazing dark green interior. It is being sold as new as besides from a week away in the UK testing everything to its full capacity, it is yet to be used. We have thought tirelessly over every detail to bring ‘the perfect van’, making it as bespoke as possible and to make it feel as cosy and a great home away from home.
The van
He is a long wheelbase (L3H2) Citroen relay. The cosy interior features plenty of storage space, a double fixed bed, a full size shower, and kitchen sink, Thetford Triplex oven with three gas burners, Dometic 12/240v fridge and solid oak worktops to mention only a few. It has a seating area for two people and a pull out table perfect for a couple to escape. The Truma Combi 4E provides 10 litres of hot water along with heating therefore giving this van all you need for an unlimited time away, during any season.
The Conversion
Every aspect of this conversion has been thoroughly thought out. It is fully sound deadened, insulated and moisture barrier. All doors are carpet lined and cladded to give a lovely finish. The bulk head has moisture barrier and carpet lined giving great additional overhead storage space. The 240v hook-up and water fill points are easily accessible on the side of the van meaning you can effortlessly fill and plug in. Draining down is just as easy with taps mounted on the side of the van. It is easy to use fully off-grid with ample amounts of solar and water storage.
