Autotrail Badger 4 berth 4 belted seats

Owned since 2020 and never dreamed I’d be selling so no expense spared getting the van sorted. Weekend commitments with work and kids football teams means we now never have chance to use the van so reluctantly selling.
Everything works correctly, 3 way fridge, oven & hobs, toilet, hot & cold water, heater etc.
Comes with x2 gas bottles, hook up lead, roof bag, levelling blocks and outside table.
Advisory’s on last MOT have been sorted, exhaust welded and hangers replaced.
In 2023 I had all the required welding done and fully under sealed, video attached of underside.
I have done all the mechanicals and receipts for all parts replaced. The main things replaced as follows:
Engine: oil & filter every year (last changed Feb 25), timing belt (last changed Feb 25), aux belts, spark plugs (last changed Feb 24), ignition coil pack & HT leads, sump pan, battery, valve clearances adjusted.
Cooling system: radiator, water pump, cooling fan, thermostat, coolant (last changed Feb 25).
Clutch: cover & plate, release bearing, clutch cable, gearbox oil.
Fuel system: fuel tank & pump, injectors, fuel filter (last changed Feb 24).
Suspension: front shockers/springs/top mounts, ball joints.
Brakes: callipers & flexi’s.
Interior: gas regulator & pipe (last changed Feb 24), leisure battery, fridge elements, water heater rebuilt.
