We professionally converted this van for the owners in 2023. We designed and built this van with their family in mind ensuring the right blend of living space and sleeping space. The van is equipped with a kitchen space with a Dometic CRX50 fridge freezer, a Thetford two burner hob, a Belfast style sink and solid oak worktop. The living space is made up of 5 seats around a dining table for family meals. The three front seats swivel to face the rear, and the two rear seats can be removed, folded, and also have ISO fix too.
The water system is a cold water system with underslung 66 litre fresh water tank and a 50 litre waste water tank.
There is plenty of storage around the van – overhead cabinets, under bed storage, kitchen cupboards and a garage area at the rear of the van.
The van is powered via a 240ah AGM battery bank – powered by Victron Energy products including – 200w solar panel, Orion 30a DC-DC charger, 500w Multiplus (inverter/charger). 2 x 230v Consumer units to safety distribute the power. There are 230v sockets around the van, as well as conveniently placed USB ports and reading lights, as well as high level dimmable lights and under cabinet lights to create nice lighting across the van.
Externally the van has a Fiamma wind out awning perfect for that extra space outside and a Fiamma bike rack. It has two dometic windows with built in flynet and blackout blinds and a Maxxfan Deluxe fan (either as an extractor or to help bring fresh air in)

– The van is sound deadened, fully insulated, and finished with a vapour barrier.
-We are facilitating the sale and viewings for the van, all money will be transferred to the owner of the vehicle when a sale is made. Van is sold as seen and will come with a new 12 month warranty, gas sign off certificate and 230v electrical certificate (EICR). No warranty is included on the base vehicle or the conversion itself.
-The van has been well loved but he vinyl floor has some wear and tear, this could be easily replaced if the new owner required. Externally the van has general wear and tear and age related marks. Overall though this is a great van and will make some amazing memories with a new family.

2 bunks in an L shape layout with two access holes. 1 bunk length roughly 1.3m and the other is 1.65. The bunks have bed guards and ladders that can be used. Underneath the bunks is a a double bed width ways across the van with a comfy memory foam mattress. There is a cut out at the end of the bed to allow for extra foot space.
Pre-approved for hire means that Quirky Campers have seen a valid Gas Safe Certificate for this vehicle, have confirmed it has enough payload to safely accommodate passengers, and would approve it for hiring as long as Quirky loves this style is ticked.
