Reluctantly I’m selling this stunning, one-of-a-kind van conversion. Designed and built with passion and care, no expense was spared in creating the ultimate mobile living space for myself however due to unforeseen circumstances I’m having to sell.
Converted from a fiat Ducato LWB it was designed for off-grid living but would equally suit the weekend and holiday camper enthusiast.
The van is powered by a massive 400Ah lithium leisure battery system, and has roof mounted solar panels or can plug into campsite power sources.
The 4-6 person dining area is raised up slightly and transforms into a good sized double bed the full width of the van, using a slide-out slat mechanism. The bench cushions simply slide into place, to form a comfortable mattress for sleeping.
Beneath this innovative design lies a full-width garage, accessed from the rear doors and large enough to store outdoor gear, or any other essentials you need for life on the road.
There’s plenty of storage inside the van as well –
Both benches hinge up to provide loads of space for duvets and bedding, the right bench also houses the batteries, and electrics – then there’s a small cupboard in the step up to the seating platform.
The kitchen zone has both base and eye-level cupboards and drawers, all bespoke and built to fit the van.
Stay warm and toasty on chilly winter mornings with the 2kW diesel heater and luxurious heated floors. There is a full sized shower with a self cleaning sliding door, and a portable WC for those trips when you’re off grid.
Enjoy the convenience of an induction hob in the fully-equipped kitchen, which also features a sleek matte black sink and tap, a compressor fridge, and ample storage space in the base units and overhead cupboards.
The white painted tongue and groove walls with contrasting walnut worktops and flooring, simple grey upholstery, black out curtains dividing the cab from the living zone create an easy, comfortable living, work space for both day and night.

Electrics
The van is equipped with 640 Watts of Solar panel and is connected to an mppt solar controller which feeds power to the 400Ah LITHIUM leisure batteries. Giving power to the 12v Compressor Fridge, 12v lights, usb charging points and tap. The van is also fitted with a 3000w Inverter Charger which gives 240V power to the plug sockets, water heater and induction stove. There is also a 50amp DC – DC charge controller which charges the giant leisure battery from the brand new starter battery whilst driving.
