It has the bulletproof 4.2l diesel engine, these engines arent broken in until atleast 100k miles and will keep on going with regular maintanence. The body work has age related marks expected with a vehicle of this age but that doesnt take away from the sheer beauty of this bus conversion. We have traced the bus to a company called Avacoach who previously owned this vehicle and it was only ever used as a spare, hence the low mileage. 5 speed manual gearbox and drives incredible in every gear, the bus is limited to 62mph and will easily get up to that speed and sit comfortably on the motorway. We average around 20mpg, which is fantastic considering the vehicle. A full tank is around £130-£150. Cheap insurance and tax. The bus is NOT registeted as a motor caravan with the DVLA, this is not necessary as it has always been insured as a camper conversion and can go through a regular class 4 MOT.

Bertie has been our full time home now for the past year, we have had many adventures in him and now we are ready for Bertie to make many more memories with his new family!!
It is a 6 berth with 4 seatbelts (additional belts can be fitted), Bunk beds at the back consist of a full size double on the bottom and a full king size bed on the top. The sofa also pulls out to make another full size double.
