This van was fully converted by an engineer over an 18 month period and completed to a very high standard. It is fully insulated, with self adhesive foam, reflective on all the panels. Kingspan 50mm on floor and ceiling, 100mm plastic recycling fleece insulation on all side panels & doors and all covered with a vapour barrier.

All the electrical wires are in Conduit and correct gauge wire to the components.

Inside the van has a double and single swivel cab seats with overhead storage compartment & a diesel heater that’s plumed straight into the diesel tank.
Large, Full wet/dry room with shower, Thetford electric flush toilet, heater duct installed for drying clothes – Air retracting fan.

Kitchen area has a sink with pull-out tap hose, hot & cold water, two burner hobs, Thetford Duplex oven and grill with 12v ignition, Arcticave 12v 50L fridge/freezer, one big pan draw, cutlery draw, large cupboard space under the sink & two overhead cupboards for food storage. Slatted timber ceiling.

Fixed double memory foam mattress bed with two large double overhead lockers, perfect for clothing.
Large under bed garage area.

Two under slung water tanks one for fresh, capacity 66ltrs, grey waste, 50ltrs with fill gauges fitted to both tanks to measure amounts left / used.

Shurflo trial 30 psi 7 LPM 12v water pump with a Famma A20 Expansion Tank Accumulator, all connected to John Guest plumbing throughout.

Plenty of USB points, double 230v socket in kitchen area and one single in the seating area. 12v cob ceiling lights with dimmer switch, under kitchen lights, blue ambience lighting over both rear windows, two touch / dimmer headboard lights, touch light in cab area.

Max Fan at the front of cab – remote operated, sky light crystal dome rear sky vent with bug / blackout blinds.

Hot water is either run on gas or electric from 10ltr Truman ultra-store water heater.

Refillable gas bottle stored in a safe gas tight locker with drop vents.
