The van has covered around 130,000 miles and has recently been serviced, with MOT valid until June 2027. It has been used and enjoyed as a camper, so there are some age/use-related marks to the exterior, but these are reflected in the price.
The conversion gives the van a warm, distinctive interior with handcrafted rattan cabinetry, birch worktops and plenty of thoughtful storage. There is a comfortable dining area for four, a custom bookshelf with reading lights, skylight, compressor fridge freezer, diesel heater and full fresh and waste water system.
The electrical and off-grid setup includes a 200Ah leisure battery, 100W roof-mounted solar panel, DC-DC charger and a 2kW pure sine wave inverter with 75Ah mains charger. There is also 12V/230V electrics with mains hookup.
The van has 3 belted travelling seats and sleeps 2 adults.
Opening the rear doors reveals additional storage beneath the seats, including space for tools/BBQ equipment, along with the handle for the Fiamma awning.

The interior features beautiful birch worktops, handcrafted rattan cabinetry with overhead storage, a skylight and compressor fridge freezer. There is a full onboard fresh (hot & cold) and waste water system with a pressurised tap, plus an independent diesel heater running directly from the main fuel tank.
The electrical system has been designed with off-grid use in mind:

The non-window wall doubles as a magnetic board for photos, notes and maps, while numerous small storage compartments at head height make good use of the kitchen area.
Thoughtful finishing details include a custom bookshelf with reading lights and a dining space that seats four. At the rear, the area underneath the seats provides useful storage for tools and BBQ equipment, with the Fiamma awning handle also stored here.

The dining area converts to a full-size double bed in seconds. The table top drops down to form a bed board between the seats, and the seating cushions fit together to create a flush mattress surface. Sleeps two adults comfortably, two adults and one toddler slightly less comfortably, but doable.
