Your new tiny house on wheels – Let the adventures begin!

Fibreglass body – fully resprayed
2.4L bullet proof diesel transit engine with very low mileage for its age
5 speed manual
Time for Bruce to find his new partners in crime.
Bruce is a 2000 Ford Transit, ex BT van, who was lovingly converted by the one and only Northern Conversions.
Bruce is named after the shark in Finding Nemo – at first glance he looks huge and intimidating, but really he’s a big softie on the inside. He enjoys taking life slow and steady (this engine doesn’t do Ferrari!) and requires a partner who understands that. 5 speed manual, roll down windows.
Fully off grid or on grid as you desire, he comes with all the amenities one requires – gas hob, electric fridge, sink, sofa/bed conversion, detachable table, cupboards/storage, toilet, underslung water tank, underslung gas tank – as well as those that one desires – wood burning fire, diesel heater, solar panels, lithium leisure battery, split relay, inverter, hot water and options for indoor and outdoor showering. Not to mention a few other tricks and wonders, such as custom made window covers by @wanderbuguk, a wireless phone charging point and a giant, beautiful sky light.
Bruce has been designed to tickle your country vibes. His cabinets were all hand made, he has beautiful copper fixtures and finishes and every detail has been meticulously considered.
I’ve retro-fitted a reverse camera, a DAB radio/bluetooth (thank you Bass Mechanix), and a number of safety features which I shall divulge to serious buyers only. He will come with a disc lock and a steering lock. He currently also lives under CCTV surveillance.
You can access the cab from the back, or the back from the cab with a nifty insulated and secure escape hatch between the two – another safety feature – not to mention great fun for the kids (or fur babies!).
With his rear fibreglass bifold doors, you can access the rear with whatever degree of privacy you wish. Or open them fully and let the scenery blend with the van.
All you’re missing is a brew from your very own whistling kettle…
Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I’ll be looking for the right buyer rather than a quick sale.
