Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Very sad to be selling my lovely camper having bought it in April 2021 and converted it with a friend.

I’ve done 2 long trips in it around the UK and in Europe and lots of weekends away and I’ve found it to be the perfect size for me and my dog,

It’s amazing to drive – easy to reverse/ park and fast/ smooth on motorways.

Kitted out with top quality items that are all in excellent condition, lots of storage and room for my 29er mountain bike under bed (wheels off).

MOT’d 12 months from Jan2024 with NO advisories, last serviced Feb 2023 by my local Ford dealer (*full-service history, 1 owner before me*)
New brakes & discs July 2022.
Reconditioned gearbox, new clutch, flywheel & master cylinder – June 2023.
Panels generally good condition for age, a few minor scuffs (just about see in photos).
Tyres all good, 2 keys.

Conversion:
I had side/ back windows installed & swivel passenger chair.
Very well insulated walls/ ceiling, oak flooring, wood panelling to ceiling & expensive boat skylight.
Thetford Gas cooker (immaculate), Isotherm fridge (*broken ice box door pin but still useable & works!*), Fiamma awning, electric tap, electric hook up, charge points for USB, 1 x 3 pin socket (*use when plugged into the mains*), leisure battery charged by solar panel and alternator, diesel heater (never used as van is so well insulated!) – spent approx 11k converting.
***Unfinished***: trim to ceiling edge, 2 wires ready for extra spot lights (lights included).
Gas **not** certified but bottle has its own compartment and hole in floor for any leaks to escape.
Bed is a single and fixed with quality memory foam mattress – I am 5ft8, if you are any taller you would need to change the configuration.

It was off the road Oct- Jan 24, I’m now using it as my main car so mileage will increase.

No aircon.
Manual gearbox.

It’s the L1 H2 model:
Width – 2272mm with mirrors
Length – 4972mm
Height – 2471mm

Conversion Description

I do not know the weight!

Beds Description

Fixed single bed, I am 5ft 8, any taller and you would need to reconfigure it.
