2015 Ford transit aL3H3 mk8 6 speed manual gearbox and pulls along nicely.
The van drives faultless and is immaculate inside the cabin it will come with a valid MOT. The van has wanted for nothing and has never let me down.
Beds Description
The van has 1x full size fixed double bed and 1x small double that pulls down from the ceiling that can comfortably fit 2 children.
Conversion Description
The kitchen has plenty of storage including the overhead cabinets and large bulkhead area.
This build sleeps 4 and has 5 belted seats 3 in the front and 2 in the rear. There is also a full length mirror in the living area.
There is also a very spacious garage area for luggage , toys or what ever you wish to store in there.
Outside:

1x underslung 60l grey water tank
1x fresh water filler inlet (lockable)
1x 240v hookup outlet
1x openable roof vent
1x boiler flue cowling

The flooring is a luxury foam backed vinyl in wood effect and ceiling is tongue and grove design.
The water heater is LPG and is an instant hot water heater and can be used totally off grid.
The Diesel heater is 8kw fed from a separate tank in the garage. This feeds into the main living space and provides sufficient heat when required.
The fridge is 12v and 240v so can be used when off grid and on 240v hookup
The shower / toilet room is completely waterproof with aqua panels on the walls.
The 12v leisure fuse board / battery’s and heater is all neatly hidden away in the spacious garrage aria.
There is various 12v usb sockets around the van and 1x double 240v sockets with an extra double 240v socket in the garrage aria for charging Ebikes or scooters
The kitchen has hand made and painted doors with magnetic latches to stop them coming open. It also has a 22m solid worktop / glass black 2 burner hob and black and hot and cold mixer tap.
There is plenty of 12v led lights in the ceiling that light the space nicely.
