Fully Off-Grid LWB Sprinter - Built For Adventure

Meet Marge — Lovingly designed and built by us with the dream of adventure in mind. She’s been our full-time off-grid home for the last 18 months, taking us safely across Europe and back. Every inch of her was thoughtfully crafted in our DIY conversion, with no expense spared to create a space that feels both practical and deeply cosy. The clever layout, warm wooden finishes, and soft lighting make the interior feel bright, spacious, and homely — the perfect base for cooking, relaxing, and exploring. Marge has been a wonderful, reliable companion, and now she’s ready for her next adventure.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Professionally designed and supplied electrical system by Nohma.com. The system is an absolute beast designed with full off-grid living in mind and does not have an option for shore power and has never needed it. It has allowed us to live off-grid indefinitely for the past 18 months, from snow to sunshine, without ever missing a beat. Key components:
● 460Ah Fogstar Drift Pro lithium battery.
● Victron 65A battery protect.
● 3x175W roof mounted Renogy solar panels (525W total).
● Victron MPPT150/35.
● Victron DC/DC charger 12/12-50.
● Renogy 2000W pure sine wave inverter.
● 5 double USB charge locations throughout the van.
● 4 double 240V sockets throughout the van.
● 4 dimmable separate lighting circuits.
● Full electrical system controlled wirelessly via your phone.

WATER & HEATING SYSTEM
Constant hot water in summer using the 12V Bobil Vans heating element. In winter we turn off the 12V heating element and water heats to 60-70 ̊C in 15 minutes using the diesel heater or around 60 minutes using the 12V Bobil Vans heating element.
● 100L internal fresh water tank with external fill point & 50L underslung grey water tank.
● 12L Bobil vans air hybrid water heater & calorifier (12V and diesel heater heating elements) all controlled from digital display.
● Maxpeedingrods MXR-1F 5kW diesel heater.
● Air exchanger with 2 outputs in the living space and in the shower room (drying room).
● 12V Shurflo water pump.
● Fiamma A20 accumulator expansion tank.
● Separate drinking tap with Waterdrop under sink water filtration system.

GAS SYSTEM
● 6kg Gaslow refillable bottle with external fill point.
● Gaslow multi-valve system with 80% automatic shutoff.
● Installed in a gas safety locker with floor drop out vent.
● 30mbar regulator and copper feed line to 2 burner gas hob.

KITCHEN
● Bespoke fitted kitchen with cupboards, drawers, overhead storage and solid oak countertops.
● Hot and cold water to main tap with a recessed grey sink and infill chopping board.
● Separate cold water drinking tap with Waterdrop under sink water filtration system.
● 2 Burner SIA gas hob, rejetted to suit LPG gas.
● 12V Alpicool CR65 65L fridge freezer.

BATHROOM
● 700x700mm shower cubicle/dry room (with diesel heater outlet).
● Simploo Mini composting (separating) toilet with 12V carbon filter fan.
● Black thermostatic shower.
● Retractable grey Roldour Tambour waterproof self-cleaning shower screen/door.
● 12V ceiling extractor fan.
● Built-in shelf for toiletries.

LIVING AREA/DINING AREA
● 3 seater dining area which converts to an L-shaped sofa or third berth (Ideal for a child).
● 24” 12V HD TV on a swivel bracket offering multiple viewing angles.
● 12V MaxxAir Roof Fan with remote control.
● Passenger swivel seat with lagoon swivel table, mounted to side of shower cubicle – ideal for a work from home desk or additional living space.

BEDROOM
● Full sized semi-fixed slide out double bed. It takes less than 30 seconds to change from sofa (day-mode) to bed (night-mode) and vice-versa whilst still offering plenty of under bed storage.
● VisionStar M pro II skylight above bed, with retractable blackout blind and bug screen.
● 2 separate large clothes storage cupboards adjacent to the bed.
● 3 shelves next to the bed with 240V socket and 12V USB socket ideal for charging cellphones and placing a mug of coffee.
● Dimmable reading light with USB charge point.

EXTERIOR
● 16” Rogue alloys with Comforsor CF1100 all-terrain tyres.
