Off grid ready – No need to hook up to electricity at all during the summer period as the solar panels more than cover charging of multiple phones, laptops, fridge, water heater, diesel heater, starlink internet. During the winter periods I found I needed electric hook up twice per month.
This van can sleep 3 comfortably with a double bed and spare bed made out of the seating area.
Has 2 bunk windows, sliding door window and a living space sliding window. All opening windows have bug nets.

Electric system:
480W monocrystalline solar panels.
300aH of victron lithium ion batteries with a temperature sensor which prevents any charging in the event of temperatures below 5 degrees (preventing battery damage)
40A Renogy dc-dc battery charger from the vehicle alternator.
Victron Multiplus 2000W pure sine wave inverter for charging house batteries and using 240V appliances
4 240V outlets: 1 in kitchen area, 1 in seating area, 2 in charging cupboard.
Multiple USB outlets: near passenger seat, kitchen, seating area, charging cupboard and bed shelf charging points for phones.

All components are correctly fused and set up in accordance with a professional schematic system design from Tom at Tiny Build Electrics (check out tinybuildelectrics on Instagram)
All with Bluetooth connection to the victron app to monitor income and outgoing power, with a victron smart shunt in the van.

Water:
Brand new Truma water heater installed in May 2023 (LPG &/or Mains electric powered so can be used off grid via LPG or via mains if on a campsite) – Works fast and can provide very hot water if desired

25L underslung waste tank with electric ball valve for emptying
45 psi water pump and accumulator
Internal shower in battroom
Sink tap has extender so can be used to rinse out of sliding door
External shower head is also accessible from the garage to wash down wetsuits/surfboards etc.
