This eco friendly tiny home has expert craftsmanship throughout, built by a skilled, very experienced boat carpenter using a variety of sustainably sourced materials. It has been created to a high specification and will not disappoint!
Influenced by the architect and designer Rudolf Steiner using the principle that hard lines imprison the mind, and anthroposophical art expresses the fluid energy of a wave. This has been incorporated throughout the interior with almost no right angles, creating a tranquil and relaxing space.

The interior pine walls are insulated with 75mm of natural chemical free sheep’s wool, which has been enhanced with hundreds of small pieces of rose quartz and shungite crystals, which are renowned for their healing properties and protection from electromagnetic frequencies.

This high specification kitchenette is equipped with a contemporary black glass twin hob and handmade tree of life design copper heat protector, copper Mexican sink, copper taps and Berkey water filter. In addition is a full-size refrigerator, a cedar wood work top and four pine storage cupboards plus a cutlery drawer. LED down lighters provide a good degree of lighting for this area.

The shower room design includes a tile pattern back drop on the side wall. This pine enclosed room provides excellent lighting and privacy. With a sunken shower tray and cassette toilet. The shower is heated with a Truma fall water heating system. There is a gas boiler attached to the outside back external wall.

The focal point of the living space is the beautiful log burner which sits above a storage space for logs. Heat protection is provided by both a beautiful contemporary matching copper designed back drop and steel return wall protection guard, which are positioned immediately behind the chimney.

The front upper Luton pod contains a custom-built 4ft 6 pine double bed, with a cedar wood front panel, crafted to accommodate two adults, access is via a purpose-built ladder. Immediately below this bedroom is a seating area with sofa’s which transform into another double bed making this van a 4 birth unit.

The seating area can house six people comfortably, with a bamboo table for dining, it can even be used as a desk if you need to catch up on work whilst enjoying your leisure time.

Below the seating area are large Water Hyacinth baskets, ideal for storing clothes. There is also an additional elm wood storage unit that doubles up as an extra seat and is where the diesel heater output is located.

The van is fully off grid, with a bespoke wiring and electrical loom constructed to the latest BSI regulations and safety stipulations. The vehicle also benefits from a bespoke and unique solar panel system which is controlled via a MPPT solar charge controller unit. All electrical systems have isolator units and a central fuse board system. Supported by a lithium battery power supply, with a built in Sterling Power charging unit contained within the rear utility cupboard within the rear storage area of the vehicle.

The interior has USB ports installed, 240 electric outlet plugs, 240 mains charger, plus sky lights for good natural lighting, there are also LED ceiling spot lights with dimmer switch.

Also installed are handmade interior wooden window boxes for plants, all of the windows have wooden frames and organic linen black out curtains. A stable wooden pine door completes this well equipped tiny home.

Externally the tail lift doubles up as a leisure deck area and outside elevated space to relax and enjoy the view.

Further drivers aids include a roof mounted reverse camera and parking aids.

Much love and attention to detail has gone in to converting this van, it is with great sadness that I now need to find someone else who will appreciate it as much as I do.
