Description
We purchased Florence in October 2021. Her previous owner had hired Florence out through Quirky Campers, which is where we first saw Florence. For health reasons we are offering Florence at a reduced price for a quick sale.
Rustic Simplicity did the conversion in 2018 and created a beautiful rustic interior, using Oak and Larch and Welsh wool fabric.
The campervan was originally designed for a family. It has five seats with seat belts. We have found it comfortably suits two people but there are fittings to create beds for two adults plus children.
Florence is a classic vehicle and, like any older vehicle, requires regular maintenance. The VW Crafter engine is described as being very reliable.
Currently the Propex HS2800 gas heater for the habitation unit is not working.
Included with Florence is a Thetford Porta loo.
There is a Halfords 40 litre electric coolbox, for keeping food stuff cool.
The van is equipped with lots of cupboard space and underseat storage. The three ring gas hob is supplied by 3.9kg Propane Gas cylinder.
Cups, plates, eating utensils, frying pan and saucepans included.
The seating in Florence includes two long side benches. These are wide enough for adults to sleep on.
In addition there are wood sections that can be slotted in to place to create beds for children, above the bench seats.
We have only used Florence for just the two of us.
