Conversion Description

Searching for a loving home!!! This is an amazing cottage style homely comforts campervan with a fully loaded spec which means you can use it completely off-grid or hook up onsite – it’s completely up to you! We’re heartbroken it’s time to sell our campervan but with a baby due in the next month it’s just not currently practical.

Beautifully converted in 2021 by Good Vibe Vans. The interior blends an aesthetic, cosy, cottage style colour palette of light olive and warm oak, with modern clean lines including black and brass themed hardware and fittings throughout.
• Dimmable LED ceiling lighting throughout and LED dimmable strip lights in the living area for cosy evenings
• Living area has two large opening windows and a further window in the bedroom area, all with privacy glass and blackout curtains
• Swivel plate mounted passenger double seat providing additional living area seating
• Secret hidden compartment “safe” built in under sofa
• Maximised huge storage capacity with under seat storage, overhead cupboards fitted with gas struts to hold them open, soft close drawers and half-height wardrobe – all the things you are just used to having at home!
• Heating is provided by a Truma Combi boiler/space heater located in the garage which blows warm air via 3 vents to keep the van toasty
• A cooling breeze is provided by the Maxxfan in the living area ceiling which can also be used as an extractor when cooking

The kitchen area features plenty of workspace on the solid oak counter tops and is fitted with:
• Dometic 80l fridge freezer
• Voyager 4500 gas cooker with 2 burner hob, grill and oven
• Large black ceramic sink with matching black and brass extendible mixer tap with a solid oak cover/chopping board
• Metro tile pattern splashbacks complete the look in the kitchen, these are made from Reco tiles -a high performance, lightweight and maintenance-free acrylic panelling option which we have also utilized in the toilet/shower cubicle
• 23l waste tank is located below the sink and is accessed from the rear sliding door making grey water disposal simple
• Shower head located under sink and accessed from the rear sliding door also so you can wash off sand/mud etc before getting into the van.

Between the living area and the bedroom you also have a shower/toilet cubicle, fitted with:
• Electric flush Thetford Porta loo mounted on a wooden slatted base for easy removal when you want to use the shower
• Hot water is provided by a Truma Combi boiler/space heater located in the garage
• Hot air vent in the cubicle and an extractor fan means it’s the perfect place to dry towerls or wet clothes
• Split cubicle door and extending shower curtain rail allows privacy when using the loo with extra room for showering without compromising on the living space

In the bedroom area you have:
• A pull out step for easy access up into the bedroom area
• IKEA double mattress with air flow matting underneath to prevent moisture and mould
• A skylight with blackout blind and mosquito net
• Further overhead cupboards for easy access to clothes
• Bedside table with USB charging ports
• Individually controlled bedside reading lamps.

To the rear of the van you have a “garage” area which can be access by the rear doors or from inside under the bed, it is fitted with:
• 65l fresh water tank via a Shurflo pump located in the rear garage to avoid the problem of water freezing in sub zero temperatures with a foodgrade water hose included for easy refilling
• GAS IT 11kg refillable LPG tank which feeds the cooker and Truma Combi – this has an app accessed fuel gauge so you never have to wonder how much gas is left or be faced with suddenly running out!
• LED lighting
• Durable penny rubber flooring
• Privacy curtain to hide the messy bits from onlookers when the rear doors are open!

General van build specifications also include:
• Full Celotex and synthetic wool fibre insulation the van is suitable for sub-zero adventures
• 12V electrics are powered by a 290AH AGM leisure battery (replaced in January 2024) fed from 320watts of roof mounted solar panels. This also feeds three 240v sockets via a 1500W inverter, making the van ideal for completely off grid living.
• An electrical hook up for extra campervan versatility (added in January 2024)
• Externally there is a stealth awning rail above the sliding side door and Arco Air 300 Sun Canopy awning with extra supporting struts which can be set up in under 10 minutes
• Additional toilet tent to move the toilet from the inside cubicle to outside to allow free access to the shower
• Thermal and black out external front screen cover for sun protection and complete privacy.

This van would be perfect for the adventurous who want to get out but have all the modern conveniences. If you have a furry companion a crate can be easily installed in the garage which has access from the living area via double doors which could easily be removed to provide a doggy entrance way.
