The van was bought from Vans365 which is a big van dealership in Bristol. They are a very well trusted dealership and known for selling high quality, good condition vans. It’s done less than 78k miles which is barely anything especially seeing as its a Mercedes. Vehicle in a very good condition on the outside and totally mechanically sound. They also put brand new tires on. Only 1 key but you can send it off to get a extra.

Only thing I have touched regarding the engine is putting a brand new Yusa engine battery in for good measure.

We are cabinet makers by trade so all furniture is made to the highest standards using Birch veneered ply for carcasses and draw boxes, Black Valchromat for Doors and Draw fronts and then Solid prime Oak for worktops and the tabletop. Draw runners are high quality Blum soft close runners and all doors are also on soft close hinges all on magnet catches to prevent chattering and opening while driving. All finished with a very good quality Osmo oil. Worktops also finished with Osmo oil but specific for worktops so more durable and water resistant.
The floor is engineered oak with a high durability spray lacquer finish.

Water and plumbing
All freshwater plumbing throughout the van has been done with food grade pipe so there’s no risk of contamination also the 125L tank in the back is food grade. I also installed a separate drinking tap mounted by the sink which is plumbed into a water jug below the sink so that if you are abroad where the tap water is not drinkable you can have the option of using the main 125L tank in the back for the shower and washing dishes and the separate jug and tap just for for drinking from.
The tap and the shower both have a hot and cold feed, the hot water coming from the top of the range Truma 4E water heater installed in the back of the van.
All the drainage pipes run under the van using durable braided hose into the underslung 70L Grey water tank which has a small drain tap mounted to the side of the van

Electrics
2x 12v 110 AH Xtreme AGM Deep cycle leisure Battery / Total: 220 AH
These batteries are charged by 3 different sources.
1. (Renogy) 2x 160 watt 12v Monocrystalline Solar Panels / Total: 320 watts
2. (Renogy) 40A DCโ€“DC Charger. (charges while van is running)
3. (Portable Power Tech) 15A ACโ€“DC Charger (charges from mains power from a house or campsite via a Mains hook up port mounted on the outside of the van.
Having 3 means of charging the batteries means you are very unlikely to run out of power.
All battery monitoring can be done through the Bluetooth Renogy app that lets you monitor Battery charge levels, battery temp, power being drawn from the solar panels, load and much more.
The van also has a 2000w inverter which is wired to multiple sockets located around the van.
12v USB ports located by the bed and in the kitchen.
LED Lights throughout the van

Gas
6KG Gaslow Refillable LPG Cylinder in the back of the van enclosed in a metal gas locker safe with drop out vent. (full and ready to go)
Refill port mounted on the side of the van for easy refill at LPG pumps

Gas Appliances
Truma 4e air and water heater. Vent beside the bed, living area and also one in the garage to keep the area dry and can also be used to hang up damp clothes.
Thetford Triplex Spinflo 3 burner hob, oven and grill
(All checked by Gas Engineer)

Heating
All water and air heating done by top of the range Truma 4 E Combi Boiler.
The warm air from Combi 4 E is distributed optimally via four air outlets
Combi 4 E has integrated heating elements. This allows you to run the heater at camp sites with the 12V power supply unit without the vehicle battery.
Combi 4 E uses very little electricity. The heater runs in gas mode for self-sufficient use, in electrical mode at the camp site and in mixed mode when outside temperatures are low. In summer, Combi 4 E heats just the water without running the space heater.
Combi 4 E also combines space and water heating in one appliance. The heater provides comfortable warmth in your vehicle in just a few minutes. It also heats the water that you need for showering, washing dishes or washing your hands.

Bed Area
The mattress is a custom made memory foam mattress that is long enough for someone 6ft 3โ€ณ and wide enough for 2 or 3 people.
There are 2 privacy glass windows located either side of the bed which open. Also both windows are fitted with fly screens
There is a hot air vent mounted directly beside the bed.
USB port and sockets also beside bed
Hanging rail with tambour door and wall unit with adjustable shelves for clothes.
Deep cubby for clothes and other items
Wall mounted shelf with upstand to avoid things falling off

External
2 privacy glass fly screen sliding windows either side of the bed
1 privacy glass fly screen sliding window above kitchen worktop
1 privacy glass sliding window in side door (loading door)
Ports to refill LPG and 125L water tank
Underslung grey water tank with drain tap.

Kitchen and Dining
The Kitchen has a large oak worktop for preparing meals. There is also a good amount of space on the top above the fridge and even the table can be swiveled around and be used as an extra worktop if needed.
The cooker is Thetford Triplex Spinflo which has a 3 burner hob a oven and even a grill which all runs on LPG so it wont drain your batteries, there are also sockets mounted on the kitchen worktop and fridge unit worktop which means you always have the option of plugging in kettle, toaster, blender, microwave etc.
To store refrigerated or frozen foods there is a Dometic Waeco CRX65 which can be used as a fridge and freezer or you can make it so that the whole fridge is a freezer or just a fridge.
For fresh foods and canned goods, spices etc there are a selection of different draws and shelves as well as a spice/canned food rack which is also on a drawer.
For dining the van has a beautiful solid oak table top which is on a Lagun table mount. This enables you to have the table in a variety of different positions depending on how many diners there are. The cab seats swivel around to create a L shaped seating area which can comfortably accommodate 5 people.

Shower & Loo
The shower uses hot water from the Truma 4e Combi Boiler 10 litre tank and its cold from the huge 125L tank in the back this means that showers don’t have to be ridiculously short.
The shower curtain is magnetic with magnets down either side to keep the curtain in place. This enables you to completely remove the curtain if you wanted to use the shower room as a drying room.
The loo is a Thetford porta potti 365 which is widely considered one of the best Campervan loos. It sits in the shower cubicle beside the extractor fan but can also be easily lifted out when emptying.
There is a manrose shower fan mounted in the cubicle which helps keep the shower room dry and also helps to keep the air fresh.

Ventilation
The van has a top of the range Maxxiair Fan mounted just outside the door of the shower, the fan has the option of blowing air in or out. This enables you to create really nice through breezes. For example if led in bed you can have the 2 slider windows open with their bug screen nets shut and then the fan sucking air out which sucks cool air into the bed area and blows hot air out the top of the van.
All other windows in the van open including the sliding door window which is quite large. There is also a small extractor fan in the shower. All in all the van is easy to keep cool if you have the correct combination of fans and windows on and open.

Beds Description

The mattress is a custom made memory foam mattress that is long enough for someone 6ft 3โ€ณ tall. Being a full double bed it is wide enough for 2 plus a small one.
