Our much-loved 2015 Volkswagen Transporter T6 T28 Highline Campervan, finished in black and currently showing under 72,000 miles.
It has the 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine (1968cc) with a manual gearbox. Being the Highline model, it’s comfortable and easy to drive both on longer journeys and day-to-day, with air conditioning, reverse parking sensors and a tow bar.
The van has been well looked after during our ownership and has a comprehensive service history.
A new clutch and flywheel were fitted in July 2026 at a cost of £1,174, so this significant piece of maintenance has very recently been taken care of.
The van is in good overall condition for its age and mileage, both mechanically and cosmetically. As you’d expect from an 11-year-old camper that’s been enjoyed and travelled in, there are some minor age-related marks, but overall it presents really well.
It comes with two sets of keys and has a long MOT until 10 April 2027.
The camper conversion makes it a genuine 4 berth, sleeping two on the rock & roll bed and two in the pop-top. I’m 6ft 2 and sleep comfortably on the downstairs bed, and we’ll include our mattress topper FREE, which makes it even more comfortable.
Inside you’ll find swivel front seats, an internal table, gas cooker, fridge, diesel heater, electrical plug sockets, leisure battery, brand new car battery (9months old), and electric hook-up, giving you a great setup whether you’re staying on a campsite or heading somewhere more remote.
Solar panels are also installed, although these currently require some attention/repair, which we’ve been completely upfront about.
We’ll also include our side tent/awning and portable camping table FREE with the sale.
We’ve had some amazing adventures in this van and will genuinely be sad to see it go. It’s a brilliant combination of a practical VW Transporter and a proper, comfortable camper that’s ready for weekends away, festivals and longer UK or European road trips.

The van was professionally converted into a 4-berth campervan before we purchased it, with the conversion designed to maximise both living space and practicality.
The professional conversion includes a pop-top roof with sleeping area, rock & roll bed, swivel front seats, fitted kitchen area with gas cooker and fridge, internal table and additional built-in storage throughout.
The electrical setup was also professionally installed, including a leisure battery, 240V plug sockets and electric hook-up, making it well equipped for both campsites and trips away. Solar panels have also been installed, although these currently require some attention.
Overall, it’s a well-finished, practical professional conversion with the kitchen, electrics, sleeping areas and storage all integrated neatly into the van.
4-berth sleeping set-up with two double beds. Two adults can sleep downstairs on the fold-out rock & roll bed, and two can sleep in the pop-top roof bed. Both are comfortable adult sleeping areas – I’m 6ft 2 and sleep comfortably on the downstairs bed. We’ll also include our comfortable mattress topper free with the van.
