This was a lockdown project when we had less children.

For its age the van is in a very good condition. There are a few small chips and marks that have been taken into consideration when valuing.

It has a stowable bed comfortably sleeping 2 down below that doubles as a seating area for meals and political debates for up to six. It also has a stowable hammock style bunk sleeping/hiding 2 children up above.

It has both 12V & 240V electricity powered from a 270Watt Mono Percium Solar Panel to a 1000Watt Iconic charge controller & inverter.

The solar panel powers:
– x8 touch sensitive led downlights
– x1 kitchen counter light
– 12V Dometic Waeco CRX50 fridge
– 12V fan with 10 speed, intake and outtake options with wireless controller.
– x2 USB A charging sockets
– Sink tap water pump
– x2 good old British 240V plug sockets
– Hob igniter

There are x2 125Ah leisure batteries that absorb the power not used by the van and store it for your use.

There is a 3 hob stove with a gas locker underneath. All installed by gas engineer and fully certified. It has a stainless steel sink with a cold water tap.

There are blackout curtains dividing the cab from the back plus blackout curtains on both side windows and the fan/skylight above the bed which can effectively keep the back dark even during the day.

The walls where possible have been covered in cork. Which give good acoustic deadening properties whilst giving a pleasant aesthetic.

There is plenty of insulation; foam, wool and layers of celotex in some cases 50mm thick. On top of that is a vapour barrier to control the amount of moisture inside the van.

The front has 3 belted seats and directly behind are another 3 belted seats that can be folded to give more space. Swapping and turning the two outer seats can create a nice living room feel.

There is a good amount of space for a portable toilet. The model we used can be provided as probably best to buy your own!

There is storage:

– Above cab
– Above second row of seats
– Cupboard under sink with recycling bin and regular bin
– Kitchen Cupboard above sink
– A small space under right handside of lower bed
– A large space under left handside of lower bed
– 1 secret one for laptops etc!
– 3 removable boxes for kitchen supplies
– Net above second row of seats
– Foot storage at second row of seats

Kitchen equipment can be included.

Carbon Monoxide monitor and mini fire extinguisher to keep you safe.

x2 Wheel ramps to give you a flat nights sleep.

MOT valid from 26/1/24. It was also fully serviced at this date.
