The van has covered 112,352 miles.

The conversion is fitted with a Renogy 12V 50A DC/DC onboard battery charger with a built-in MPPT controller, connected to 225W of solar power. This feeds into two 120Ah leisure batteries and a 2000W inverter. The DC/DC charger is also wired to trickle charge the starter battery.

To keep you warm during colder days and nights, there is a 5000W diesel night heater installed.

The kitchen area is fitted with a 2-burner gas hob connected to an underslung LPG tank, as well as a Smed 12V fridge, Whale 12V cold water pump, 25-litre fresh water container, and a 10-litre waste water container. The worktop is made from 28mm solid oak with an under-counter mounted sink. There are nine wall-mounted cupboards and two base units for storage, along with additional storage above the front cab and under the bench seating.

The roof features a Fiamma 40 12V roof fan for ventilation and six 12V spotlights.

There is also a well-concealed Thetford 145 Porta Potti for convenience during the night.

The bench seats slide out to form a comfortable double bed, fitted with 4-inch foam and professionally upholstered in grey fabric. In the living area, there are also two wall-mounted reading/mood lights, a 12V socket, two USB ports, and a 240V socket. The van has been well insulated using Kingspan on the floor and ceiling, with recycled plastic insulation used in harder-to-reach areas. Sound-deadening pads have also been fitted to all side panels and the roof.

The body work of the van is in good condition as is the front cab area.
