Van was bought as an ex-fruit and veg delivery van, with no signs of overuse or overweight. All internal metal was rust treated before conversion was built.
Vehicle bodywork overall is very good – minor mark on front bumper, back right hand side wheel trim is scuffed but just cosmetic
Under the sliding door on the left hand side has been dented, but is not obvious and does not effect condition of the van

Fully Off Grid, tried and tested! We travelled 6 months in Europe (Jan-June) and only went to campsites for a grand total of 1 week and that was only to stay with friends! So you can fully live off grid with the electric set up – the water for us lasted about a week, depending on how much you use/shower etc. We absolutely loved the fact we didn’t have to worry about filling up with gas!!
