Where do I even start… I have spent over £5000 in mechanical work whilst I have owned this van over the last 18 months future proofing this project, including,

near side inner and outer sills replaced

Entire underside of chassis was ground back to raw metal, treated with red oxide primer and then under sealed with waxoyl
New rear brake lines
New rear shocks
New rear leaf springs
New front wheel bearings
New front drop links
New cv boot

New vehicle battery
Aircon complete service. New aircon condenser, new aircon pressure sensor, new aircon high pressure line, aircon was re gassed 6 weeks ago and is ice cold ❄️

Skirts and bumpers have just been finished in black raptor paint

I’m sure I have probably forgotten a few bits, but anything I didn’t like was replaced as I was future proofing, as was my intention to travel Europe long term in this van. However all I managed to achieve was a 3 week trip to the Swiss alps which I just got back from, the van didn’t miss a beat and pulled like a train up the mountains. Getting 600 miles out of a tank of fuel. Devastated about my medical treatment and that I have to sell this project that I’ve only just finally finished. Otherwise would have genuinely spent the next 10 years in this van.

Again, probably forgetting some things, Once again I can not put into words how upset I am over the need to sell this van due to the coming amputation, however, I will not be able to drive it and I will need to fund my recovery/ time off of work.

I will be in the country until the 2nd of October then I go on holiday for around 10 days, viewings could be arranged with my father when I’m away, however he will not be able to provide as much information as I will be able to.
I am due surgery on the 15th October and viewings may be difficult to arrange around that time.

Only gripes I have with this van.. same issues as the Citroen relays and fiats as is common on these models, the handbrake is pretty useless, I have had it adjusted twice previously, however if you pull away 5ft with it on then the handbrake is almost useless again, so I gave up and leave it in gear, another thing is that the spare wheel carrier was seized (common also) so I keep the spare in the garage area now, one of the tail lights has a crack in it and I never got round to replacing. Apart from these little things the van is absolutely incredible.
