Serviced every 12 months with MOT, lots of receipts for any work done.
Self converted in 2019 by myself & wife to suit us. We wanted lots of space, hence no shower or overhead cupboards, nice open van, used on many adventures throughout the UK and highlands and islands of Scotland, mostly off-grid in some very remote places, we love it and only selling to downsize to a MWB.
Full sized double bed, with space either end in the recesses, I’m 6’2″ and have probably slept a good year during our travels on the memory foam mattress, find it very comfortable.
Bench seat that a child/small adult can sleep on.

Fully sound deadened and insulated throughout. It’s a very quiet van, even when it’s pouring down outside.
Upgraded seats, black leather, heated, electric lumber and side support, from Land Rover Discovery. Very comfortable. Both swivel around.
Internal fresh and waste water tanks, we’ve kept them inside, as we use the van year-round and didn’t want anything freezing up.
MV Aero 2kw Diesel heater, blows into main living area and under bed.
Separate sink unit.

12v compressor drawer fridge. Easy access from inside and outside!
Fiama 5m wind out awning.
Bonded glass windows with magnetic black out blinds, plus a winter set of blinds for colder weather. The blinds black-out the inside extremely well, we have overslept many times!
Remis Front cab blinds to windscreen and drivers/passenger door.
Huge underbed garage storage space with pull-out tray. We’ve had 2 inflatable paddle boards under here, all the paddling kit, plus outside chairs BBQ, van spares kit, swallows up a lot of kit.
Upgraded rear leaf springs, rides much better.
Space for a portable loo which pulls out on runners (we wish to keep the separating loo).
Tow hitch fitted, which currently has my swing out bike rack fitted. The tow hitch will be left but the bike rack will be removed, although can be purchased at extra cost if interested.
Roof bars. Rear door ladder. Roof light. Reversing camera. Wifi puck aerial on roof.
Load rated alloy wheels with Cross Climate Camping Tyres fitted. Front pair replaced in July 2025, rears still plenty of tread.
