Thanks to it’s unique former life as a mobility vehicle this van has had a vastly superior and gentler life compared to standard commercial vans.
All major preventative maintenance has already been completed because we had planned on keeping the van longer term but due to a shoulder injury we are now having to look towards getting an automatic.
Fuel & Engine: New ECU (Engine Control Unit), 4 Brand New Fuel Injectors & New Fuel Pump and relay (resolving the most common Boxer issues for absolute reliability).Brakes & Tyres: Brand new Front Brake Discs & Pads,. Recent rear discs and pads are almost like new. Premium Yokohama All-Season tyres fitted on the front for excellent grip on mountain roads and M&S tyres on rear. All tyres have very little wear.
Also has had rear spring bushes and new shock absorbers.

There are 3 belted seats and a height adjustable centre arm rest. There is a large storage area above the windscreen, 2 standard glove boxes and an enormous centre glove box. It features factory-fitted windows all round, offering incredible 360-degree views, a bright, airy living space, and excellent visibility. Its compact L1H1 dimensions mean it fits comfortably into standard parking spaces and is incredibly easy to drive and manoeuvre, while still offering a fully functional home on wheels.
We have used it as a camper van since we bought it in January 2021 and have just upgraded the conversion with all new materials and a new Dometic SMEV cooker , sink unit built into a new kitchen cabinet. The Whale Comet tap works from the 12 volt system and there are 2x 10 litre containers for the fresh and waste water inside the cupboard.
This is a robust, hand-built conversion made to last, utilising high-quality plywood finished with Danish oil to avoid chipping, rather than cheap MDF or chipboard.
The van is fully insulated to keep super cool in the summer and warm and toasty in the winter. Even above the cab has insulation.
All windows and the cab have insulated screens/covers
The rear doors have pop up tables installed to use when cooking outside.
