Ken, my 2009 (59 plate) beloved Fiat Ducato Camper.

Brand new starter Battery fitted Jan 2024
Remote control starter battery isolator fitted to protect against parasitic drains and for added security.
1 x programmed ignition key; Central locking on all doors

Wireless Apple CarPlay/ Android auto head unit with touch screen
A few minor Body work scratches consistent with a van of this age, but generally really good condition.

The Camper:
Ken is a beautifully handcrafted conversion, completed by a skilled carpenter, capturing a contemporary scandi design with a bit of rustic charm. Reclaimed oak floorboards have been used for the kitchen worktops and table, paired with a pallet of Smokey blues, shaded white and Seared grey. A perfect balance of Eggshell painted and exposed wood, luxury soft furnishing and detailing ensuring a well built, attractive camper.
Ken has been my perfect companion to explore what the UK has to offer. Those seeking a little piece of #vanlife; and when not using him you could start a business renting him out to others to enjoy. Perfect of couples, a young family or a solo nomad looking for a little bit more space.
Made to measure grey ticking blackout curtains for all windows so you are snug, warm and dark all year round.
The flooring is LVT vinyl click in a gorgeous vintage mosaic pattern
Insulated with 25mm ecotherm on the roof and 50mm Knauf omnidirectional insulation in the walls.
Foil insulated underlay below the LVT flooring.
Sleeping:
1 x full size fixed double bed with memory foam mattress (included)
1 x tailormade Child bed (150cm x 60 cm) with memory foam cushions, and made to measure sheets (included)
Storage:
There is a large storage cupboard over the cab, with a pull down full size door, perfect for bedding, or bulky items
Two fitted bench seats with lift up lids – pretty cavernous currently used for pretty glass jars of fairy lights, and a cocktail set up. Bench seats have made to measure covers made from breathable and durable linen.

Full height storage cupboard, with shelves used to house clothes, toiletries and shoes. This cupboard also houses the fuse boxes and Solar controller.
Eating:
The kitchen houses 2 cupboards with drawers over. All have magnetic catches and wooden catches for added security.
Removable Oak table top, which removes and slots lower to form the 2nd bed.
Beautiful black glass 2 burner hob using Campingaz LPG
The ‘garage’:
Interior door through to the garage, so when its raining you can easily get bike, walking or paddle kit from the garage. There is a light in the garage useful for packing away kit as dusk starts to fall.
The LPG Locker is housed in the garage, with a vent to the floor. Current cylinder is included and was refilled at the end of September.
The 8KW diesel Heater is located in the garage in a custom made housing so as not to get damaged. The controls for the heater are next to the bed so you need not get up in the morning until the van is toasty warm.
Electrics:
The main lights are controlled by a dimmer, the bed lights have their own switches as does the spot over the kitchen worktop to aid in food preparation.
3 double USB sockets (including one next to the bed)
2 12V sockets, I’ve found useful for using a travel hairdryer.
A double mains socket in the kitchen – to be used whilst on electric hook up
Carbon Monoxide detector
The 130 Ah Leisure battery is located in the garage and is fed by the 100w rigid solar panel fixed to the roof. It has never failed to give me enough power so you can go off grid and find the most perfect spots to enjoy the sunset.
Externally:
Mains hook up
Rhino Roof bars to carry a top box or surf boards, Paddleboard or Kayak
Rhino Roof Ladder fitted to the back doors to make loading the roof bars a dream.
Black Awning rail fitted (driveway outdoor revolution air awning included)
