I’m reluctantly putting my Caddy Maxi up for sale as I simply don’t use it anywhere near enough, and it deserves to be out enjoying the open road rather than sitting unused.
This is a Highline model, offering a great specification, and it has been fully converted into a comfortable and practical camper, making it ideal for weekend getaways, festivals, road trips or simply getting away for a few nights.

The conversion has created a really cosy space without losing the practicality of the Caddy Maxi. The fold-out bed makes it quick and easy to turn the van into a comfortable sleeping space, while the built-in headlining lights give the interior a great atmosphere in the evenings.
It’s a brilliant little camper for someone wanting the freedom to jump in and go, without the size and running costs of a larger motorhome.
Genuinely sad to see it go, but I just don’t use it enough. I’d much rather see it go to someone who will get out there, explore and enjoy it as much as it deserves.
The interior has been thoughtfully converted to create a comfortable, practical and well-finished camper setup, making excellent use of the available space.
It features high-quality upper and lower storage cupboards, providing plenty of room for clothes, camping equipment, cooking essentials and other belongings while keeping everything neatly organised.
There is also a fold-out worktop, giving you a useful preparation and cooking area, complete with a portable camping stove — ideal for making breakfast, a morning coffee or cooking a meal while away.
The conversion is finished with a well-constructed headlining, helping to make the interior feel more comfortable and cosy while providing additional insulation and helping to retain warmth inside the van.
Combined with the integrated lighting in the headlining, the interior has a really nice feel, particularly in the evening, and gives the van that proper home-away-from-home atmosphere.
The camper features a clever fold-out bed system designed to make the most of the Caddy Maxi’s space.
The bed base is constructed using solid wooden panels supported by sturdy metal bars, creating a strong and stable sleeping platform. When required, the panels simply fold out to transform the rear of the van into a comfortable sleeping area.
With the rear seats folded completely flat, the setup provides ample space for a double bed, comfortably accommodating two adults, with enough room for a small/medium-sized pet if required.
When the bed isn’t in use, it folds away neatly, allowing the van to remain practical for everyday use.
It’s a really versatile setup — perfect for weekend trips, festivals, camping adventures or spontaneous getaways, giving you the freedom to sleep comfortably wherever the road takes you.
