The conversion is fully off-grid; meaning it is made for adventure and comfort and can be taken off for days or weeks without the need of facilities.
The layout features an elegant design with a large spacious lounge/seating area and fully manoeuvrable dining table. You may have noticed the spacious shower, with room for the toilet and even accoutres a tiled nook to place your products. Every effort has been made to ensure the immersive feel of a real home. The contemporary, Japanese inspired, interior design has given the van it’s name; Fuji.

SEATING/BED CUSHIONS: made from 6-inch luxury memory foam, professionally upholstered in a grey patterned upholstering material. Each cushion is fitted with zips so they are easy to wash.

BED: Easy to transform from day mode to night mode in 30 seconds. Sleep any direction you wish with the super-wide equidistant bed mode measurements: approximately 180cm x 180cm in total.

INSULATION: High quality DoDo Deadmat sound deadening throughout. Non-allergenic recycled plastic wool in the wall cavities, spray insulation foam in impossible to reach areas. 50mm Celotex insulation board behind walls and ceiling, 25mm Celotex underfloor. Then all completely sealed with foil tape and reflective SFTV thermal & vapour barrier. This all keeps the van cool in the summer and warm in the winter and reduces the effects of condensation in the van.

ELECTRICAL:
As mentioned previously; this van is built for off-grid living. At the heart of it lies a 260AH Xtreme AGM Leisure Battery. This can be charged in 3 ways so you can be assured that you never drain it.
1. 360W of Renogy solar panels tops up the battery during the day
2. Sterling Battery 2 Battery Charger charges when the engine is running.
3. Hook up from any 230v mains outlet.

FRIDGE: DOMETIC CRX50 in black (rare colour) is powered by 12v a very economical fridge made for this application. It also features a freezer compartment.

COOKER: Thetford Triplex 3 burner hob and oven. This is home away from home; make any meal or snacks you wish! Fuelled with an under-slung LPG tank, that is refillable from a fuel station that pumps it. A switch inside the van turns the gas supply from the tank on and off so it’s quick and easy to isolate.

SHOWER: Spacious and charming pentagonal shower room with real tile and unique saloon doors. You can boast a thermostatic hot water shower fed by a high-pressure pump system.

TOILET: Brand new Thetford 365 PORTA POTTI.

HEATING: Keep toasty in the winter months with a Planar 2D auxiliary heater which uses the diesel in your fuel tank and heats the living space. User-friendly digital thermostat to control temperature.

VENTILATION: A MaxxAir MaxxFan Deluxe is an incredible 2-way vent fan with real power than can be used in the rain. Includes a handy remote control. Automated open/close.
This is paired with a SkyMaxx Rooflight above the bed for those star gazing nights. A blind/fly net is also included.

KITCHEN: This build relishes the contrast of dark woods against the white walls. The oak wood countertops are the magnum opus. Continuing the contemporary theme, we have a stylish pull down spray tap and black stainless steel sink. Separating the kitchen from the living area is a semi partition, which houses some brilliant features: 1 double and 1 single plug socket, 4 12v usb ports to charge your devices, water gauges and gas gauges to see how full/empty you are, and an array of switches for LED strips, water pump, water heater and gas valve.

STORAGE: One of this van’s great features is the colossal amount of storage space provided. Under the worktops you can find 6 soft close drawers of various sizes and 3 large cupboards including a wardrobe rail. There’s an extra double door cupboard next to the shower, a shoe cubby on the van step, a huge headliner shelf above the cab, 2 rows of upper cabinets and under-the-bed storage too.

WATER SYSTEM: 125L fresh water tank stored under the bench seat, fillable from inside or outside the van. 50L waste tank mounted under the van with a drain tap. Impressive Seaflo 45psi 12v pump and accumulator tank for seamless water pressure. Get on demand hot water with the 6L Propex 800W electric water heater.

FLOORING: Luxury vinyl flooring, fully waterproof with a durable hard wearing layer.
