The Bluebird conversion is designed around an L3 H2 platform and works seamlessly in the Citroën Relay, Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Vauxhall Movano and Toyota Proace Max. We also offer guidance and support with van purchases, helping you choose the right base vehicle from the very start.

With over ten years of professional experience building campervans, every conversion is carefully considered, thoroughly tested and finished to a standard built to last, wherever the road takes you.

For custom builds, we use full computer renders to take your project from initial design through to CNC manufacture. The entire process can be handled remotely if needed, using detailed phone and video consultations to analyse your vehicle, refine the layout and dial in every detail before the build begins.

This is our latest show van, The Bluebird. Built on a Citroën Relay L3 H2, it is fully equipped for comfortable off grid living. Inside you’ll find a generous lounge with a sofa bed, a full shower and drying room, a fixed bed and a spacious kitchen designed for everyday use.

Standing height is 6’2 with an internal width of 6’3. At the front, twin swivel seats open directly into the living space, working alongside a comfortable sofa, Lagoon table mount and folding worktop to create a flexible lounge with multiple seating and work configurations. A Maxxair fan keeps fresh air moving and the interior comfortable in all conditions.

The sofa easily pulls out to form either a large sleeping area or a relaxed shakedown style lounge.

At the rear, a full size shower and cassette toilet double as a practical drying room, ideal after wet and muddy days outdoors.

A 16 litre underslung gas tank and 60 litres of fresh and waste water are stored beneath the van, keeping the interior clear and maximising usable space. A Truma Combi boiler provides reliable heating through the winter and hot water whenever you need it.

The kitchen is designed to make cooking effortless, whether it’s a quick morning coffee or a proper three course meal. It features an 80 litre Dometic fridge, a large bamboo worktop with a flip up extension, and a full size sink with a rotating tap that’s perfect for rinsing sandy feet or using as an outdoor shower. A gas hob, oven and grill mean you can cook properly wherever you park up.

Every detail is designed to create a genuine at home feel. USB and 240 volt sockets are thoughtfully placed throughout, along with dimmable LED lighting exactly where it’s needed.

Power comes from a full Victron electrical system with a Fogstar lithium battery, supported by solar, DC to DC charging and shore power, giving multiple charging options and keeping you comfortably off grid.

Storage is generous throughout, with well designed overhead cupboards and practical spaces everywhere. Above the bed, a large skylight floods the area with natural light by day and is perfect for stargazing at night.

All windows are fitted with integrated blinds and mosquito nets as standard, and outside there’s an exterior light for relaxed evenings by the van.

A wide range of optional upgrades and personal tweaks are available to suit how you travel, including full electric systems and a broad choice of colours and materials.
