Conversion Description:
An expertly crafted self-build on a superb van (Mint condition) with low miles.
We’re lucky enough to have a professional carpenter, plumber/gas engineer AND electrician in the family meaning she’s been completed to a higher standard than most self builds. When we say self-build we actually mean by tradesmen and we have done the rest!

The van itself had one previous owner before us – she was well looked after, which shows in low miles for her age (only 65k) and the smooth drive.

We decided on a light and natural colour pallet throughout, there is a full-size UK double bed (fixed) which also gives way to a MASSIVE garage area underneath – this can fit two adult bikes quite easily to give some idea. We specifically decided to make the build feel as roomy as possible with a hidden shower and multiple hidden storage spots. We aimed for a clean, simplistic build with lots of light (both natural and with 6 LED lights in the ceiling) and 3 distinct ‘rooms’ within the van. The full-size UK double bed doesn’t take away from the U-shaped living area, complete with Lagun swivel table which leads to a kitchen equipped with a gas hob, fridge and large sink.

There is also the option to convert the living area to sleep an additional space for 2 more people sleep.

Bed frame large enough for full UK double bed sleeping length ways down the van for the best night sleep no matter your height.
Mattress not included as we know if we were buying a van we would want to put our own new mattress in there. Above the bed you have a skylight for ventilation and for the perfect views while drifting off under the stars. During the day this adds an amazing amount of natural light into the van, useful for the days when the UK weather isn’t at its best.

Kitchen:

50L capacity, 2 way 12v/240v SMAD fridge
Large stainless steel sunken sink
Brushed gold mixer tap with two spray settings. The tap swivels out the way and has a pull-down spray feature which is perfect for rinsing off pots or if you just need to wash your hair.

Shower:
The van has a hidden inside shower. Under the bench seat by the sliding door you will find the shower. To set it up pull the seat up and fix the shower curtain to the ceiling hooks and you are good to go. Mixer tap leads to a small shower head with a push button to conserve water, push in for water to rinse off and push again to stop the flow while getting soaped up.
Once finished the mould and mildew resistant shower curtain takes around 20 minutes to dry off before being packed away again.
The shower hose is also long enough to rinse off muddy or sandy feet out the side door.
