HONEST NOTE: On 240V mains hook-up the induction hob runs at full power with no issue. Off-grid, the current 2000W inverter runs the hob on its low setting only – upgrading to a 3000W inverter would power it fully off-grid too. A portable single-ring gas cooker is included to bridge that gap in the meantime.
