Detailed Information
Vehicle Description

Our camper van, Titch is a well loved ex-British gas van turned off-grid Campervan ♥️ don’t be fooled by her small size, she has EVERYTHING you need for a luxurious camping trip, however is small enough to use as a daily runaround and is no trouble to park in the smallest of spaces.
Extremely well looked after by one owner for the whole of her life, with British Gas routinely servicing their vehicle fleet every 6 months and serviced regularly by ourselves. Titch is so smooth to drive – we’ve owned her for 3 years now and never get bored of driving her. The engine just won’t fail you. She has also just had new suspension, brakes and replaced the driveshaft after a recommendation from a mechanic pre MOT. Titch was MOT’d 30th January and flew through it with absolutely no advisories. Anything this van has needed, it’s got and we’ve routinely serviced her since owning.

Conversion Description

Considering how small Titch is, there’s loads of storage under the bed / sofa, above the cab and in the garage for your cases, bags and other large items. The over cab cupboard is absolutely huge and is so convenient. The garage has its own lighting for late night kit dig-arounds! There’s also a pull out solid oak table at the rear of the van so you can enjoy drinks or dinner while relaxing on the comfy cushions on the back step. We’ll miss summer nights relaxing on that step!
There is an outdoor shower that you can use to wash off Sandy toes or wet suits etc. this just plugs into the 12v socket at the rear of the van and into any water tank.
Titch has large tinted privacy windows with blinds, giving you all round views from the kitchen. They’re heavily tinted so no one can see in. The window nearest the hob opens, providing ventilation and air flow, along with the self propelled fan above the hob. Portholes are installed in the back doors. There’s nothing quite like lying in bed and staring through a porthole at a great view!
The van is well insulated throughout, keeping the van cool in summer and holding the heat in winter. An eberspacher diesel heater is installed. The heater can be ran all night if needs be without draining your battery – it just uses a tiny bit of fuel from the vans diesel tank. It really is toasty at the flick of a switch. The heater has just been cleaned and serviced.
Multiple USB inlets and a 12v car port is available in the back for high speed charging of your devices. Two dimmable reading lights provide cosy lighting in the bedroom area – these also have integrated usb charging ports for your phones, speakers etc. There’s also a large neon ice cream light mounted on the wall – see pictures for just how cool it looks!
All electrics are run from a new leisure battery that is charged by the engine via a cargo split relay and a large 200w monocrystalline solar panel and a Victron Energy MPPT controller for total off grid living. We always keep an eye on the battery voltage and even with the fridge running it will last a good few days. Even on slightly overcast days the solar panels will ensure the battery is kept charged.
Dimmable spotlights make the living area of the camper cosy at night.
The solar panels and battery state can be monitored and controlled via an app on your phone. Really simple to use and lets you know exactly what the solar panels are doing.
A super energy efficient Dometic CRE50 12/24/230V Compressor Fridge/Freezer, runs almost silently and uses very little electricity. Also comes with the freezer section, which we found to be essential for those summer months & icy gin tons!
The 25l clean water and a 25l grey water tanks are easily accessed under the sink. A full canister of campinggaz 907 is in a gas locker to fuel the twin hob. We also have a domestic gas safe certificate for piece of mind when it comes to the hob installation!
A brand new pull out portapotti 365 is handily stowed away in a kitchen cupboard. If you decide you’d prefer the space, the toilet is easily removed.

We absolutely love our van and really hope she goes to a good home. It’s just the perfect camper for 2 people. So easy and fun to drive due to its size, but feels luxurious and spacious inside. It’s going to be heartbreaking to watch Titch drive away but we are going travelling for a year and no longer need her. We are selling Titch at a ridiculously cheap price as we need to book flights etc as soon as possible! Nothing else to say apart from WHAT A VAN. Has brought us so much happiness.
Titch is also registered as a campervan through the DVLA.

Beds Description

‘Titch’ contains a luxury memory foam FULL WIDTH double bed. It’s so easy to pull the bed out, transforming the large sofa into a comfy bed in a flash! The bed is 175cm long but there is a convenient open cupboard space at the foot of the bed for the tall ones to stick their feet! A starry sky is installed in the ceiling which creates the cosiest atmosphere in the campervan. Pictures don’t do the starry sky justice – we absolutely love it. You can change the stars to whatever colour you want, and have twinkling affects too. Movie nights are insane in the van.
