This is a Japanese Noppo Hitop factory conversion and largely retains the original fit-out.
The van model is a long wheelbase Hiace H100 3L LH113, with a 2.8 litre engine and 4 speed automatic gearbox.
We have owned the van since 2018 and selling due to lack of use now that our children have grown up.
The van has been serviced annually since being in our ownership (documentation available).
Fuel economy is c. 30-35 MPG, noting that we have removed the air conditioning pump to improve this (the original pump is included with the sale).
It can seat up to 8 passengers including 3 in the front (all seats with seatbelts).
There are a few areas of rust on the bodywork, as would be expected for a vehicle of this age and reflected in the price.
I had some welding work undertaken approx. 5 years ago around the cills and underneath the van.

Internally the van is in great condition with no stains on the original upholstery and curtains.
The downstairs bed converts to the full width of the van, forming a surprisingly large sleeping area for 2 adults.
The cabin area benefits from a galley kitchen design, allowing through access from the rear to the main living area.
It has a 240v / 12v split charger & leisure battery, so the electrics can run off a campsite hook-up or off-grid.
It also has a 2 ring gas hob, sink & electric tap, fridge, toilet (portaloo), TV/DVD player and rear speakers.
The folding table can be located in the main living area or at the rear of the van.
Generous under seat storage allows camping chairs and bedding to be stowed. There are also cupboards under the hob & sink and a large cupboard above the fridge.
The upper bed can comfortably sleep 2 children. This can be retracted when not in use to provide additional head space.
