Heating & Hot Water: A premium Truma LPG Combi E gas boiler system with copper piping provides instant heat and hot water for the shower. 100 litre water capacity, sold with spare water butts 50 Litres.
Off-Grid Power: A massive 280Ah Fogstar LiFePO4 Lithium battery paired with a 320W solar panel allows for indefinite off-grid living without needing a hookup.
Electrical Safety: The entire electrical system was professionally rewired and organized into a clean “garage” hub.
Gas Safety/info: Features a dedicated safety gas locker and a recent gas safety certificate (which will be renewed prior to sale). two gas cylinders are included in the sale.
Living & Sleeping: The “Queen” Bed: Includes a custom slatted bed extension, creating a queen-style double bed that comfortably accommodates sleepers up to 6ft 2in. At 6ft 2, I can stand full height in the living area. There are usb charging points in the living area and bedroom, with boiler control pad. The heating and battery levels can be monitored and controlled via apps on your phone. You can set timers for heating to come on and off. On the roof rack there is space for kayaks. There is a large boot area under the bed for storage. A bike can fit into the main living area, or the boot.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dual-gas hob, an extractor fan, and a 42L 12V Fridge/Freezer (professionally fitted in 2024).
Dining: Features a removable dinner table and a custom L-shaped bench with significant under-seat storage.
