Versatile 1 or 2 person or summer 3 person

Good condition apart from small dent (paintwork intact) passenger side rear, crack on plastic of driver’s mirror and chip (repaired) on windscreen. Tyres are sound but will need replacing soon. There is no aircon.
The following were professionally fitted:
– underslung 25L LPG tank and filler
– whale LPG heater
– 3 way gas manifold
– underslung freshwater and waste tanks and filler
– Chinese diesel heater with fuel direct from main tank
– electrical pickup
I did the rest of the work myself
– insulation and sound deadening
– slatted beds with memory foam mattresses and storage (can be set up as double or single with two seats and a table; centre can be totally removed to use van to transport stuff)
– 3 pan hob
– small oven and grill
– 12v fridge
– copper sink (from old jam maker)
– 2 cold taps (one from underslung tank, one from 10l for drinking water; in the winter I empty the tank and change the container to 25l)
– external hot lpg shower
– max fan
– 2 sliding side windows, 1 door window
– lots of curtains
– 2 gel leisure batteries (Leoch Aventurer LAGM120) and monitor; the batteries can be charged by mains, b2b and solar (all Victron equipment – in 2023 I increased the solar capacity to 350W, which means that the controller should also be upgraded but in practice the system has worked well)
– small inverter
– a moveable seat with porta loo
– swivel passenger seat (and original double seat will be supplied)
– dash cam
– rearview camera and monitor
– tarpaulin awning which can be attached either side of van
