Notable features include, spacious living space with full faux-plant wall and nature art throughout. Composting Toilet with carbon filter, hand-made resin cast yew counter-tops with sunken sink and spacious Dometic Fridge. Overhead lightweight, inside lit cabinets with all kitchen wear included! Pull out Kingsized bed with adjacent sleeping area and certified 240V outlets. Warm LED lighting throughout with Two Maxx-air fans. Under-bed storage is ample, with space for two adult bikes (front wheels removed). Sliding window with fans creates a cool summer breeze. Throughout the van, accessibility was kept in mind- all the water/electric system is easy to maintain/ repair if needed!
Water and heating system;
Top of the range Large Truma combi D6e effortlessly heats the van (with very little diesel or electric consumption) whilst also heating water. Bluetooth controlled or via the touchscreen- very very easy to operate, and left accessible in case of maintenance. Heats the van very well in winter. John Guest pipework throughout connects 100L freshwater tank through Waterdrop filters to the sink- with a comparable underslung tank to allow for off-grid water management. Easily, a shower could be added with this system!
Electrical System;
Very High Spec Electrical system, built and fitted by Vanbitious Aberdeen (under warranty still).
Fogstar Drift 628ah Battery- Charges via Solar, Shore and Alternator
Shore power via victron Multiplus; Victron Orion XS, 2x 200w Renogy Shadowflux Panels, Victron Multiplus-II 3000w Inverter, Victron Cerbo GX and Touch Screen Monitor. Full System details can be provided if needed!

This is our first van conversation, and whilst it’s pretty epic, we are new to the game. There are some TLC cosmetic quirks that you won’t find in a Professional Build (like glue drops, paint marks, scuffs etc..). That being said, the van is stunning, we have lived in it for almost a year and had no issues. It drives very well, had both drive shafts recently replaced and full service in January. We had it weighed with both of us in it and all the stuff we need for a month long trip to the south of Spain, and were comfortably under the 3500kg weight limit- you shouldn’t have any issues at all!

This is a very very rare van configuration, the indium grey, auto, 177 is very sought after. It has some noticeable perks like heated steering wheel and amazing sound system!
