W reg green converted VW Transporter campervan

2.4L diesel engine, automatic, right hand drive
We bought this van in 2008. The van was converted by Manchester Campers. We have enjoyed the van as a young family and now with grown up children sadly the van is not used regularly. We will be sad to see “Philmore” go.
In keeping with being used for family holidays and day trips the interior and exterior of the van show some wear.
Inside: The seats at the front are worn. The fascia and coverings of the work surfaces show signs of wear but are all functional.
Outside there is evidence of scrapes and some areas show some rust.
The car has been serviced annually at a local garage and has an MOT certificate which is due to expire on 17th May 2022.
Beside being regularly serviced it had brake hoses, cambelt and water pump replaced in 2017. In 2019 the camping electrics were rewired. New glow plugs were fitted in 2020. All brake discs and pads were replaced in May 2021.
The campervan has a kitchenette, curtains, rock ‘n’ roll bed, a hob, sink and grill and a fridge. It has a pop top roof which sleeps 2. Both front seats are ‘swivel captain chairs’. For colder days there is a gas heater which runs off the gas bottle in the van.
There is a leisure battery which would need charging up before use. The van has a 230v hook up, which allows use of the 2 3 pin plug sockets. We have an awning, and a camping awning available as part of the sale and a bike rack included in the sale. Also included in the sale are utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes and kettle.
