Ideal for those who love the outdoors and want a project to start there dreams.

I’m gutted to say but the reason I’m selling my Winnebago warrior 22 is because I’ve ran out of funds to finish the project which I didn’t think I would spend this much on. When I started work on it I kept coming across hurdles like leaks and problems with things not working which I wasn’t aware of when buying this. It was my first time buying a motorhome and I didn’t really know what to look for and because I was so excited to get a motorhome I didn’t really look into things to look for when buying one.
Therefore I came across 6 leaks so I ended up taking everything out internally and fixing the leaks. 2 of which were just screws on the awning rails and 2 which was on the body, 1 on the rear light coming through, and one coming through where the tv antenna was. All body leaks where fixed using fibre glass and resin, the leak where the tv antenna was, I fixed using a metal plate and sealing, the screw leaks were fixed using new thicker screws along the whole awning rails and sealed.

Materials left over what the new owner can have:
Iโ€™ve got spruce green exterior paint left over nearly a full 2.5l pot
Rv rubber roof paint and primer quite a lot left over I over ordered

The work I have done is as follows:

New Steering dampener
New radiator + pipes and oil cooler pipes and new coolant fluid
New power steering pump and fluids
Oil and oil filter Service
New spare tyre BF Goodrich KM3
Completely primed and resprayed the exterior body in spruce green satin finish
New wipers and nozzles
New wiper arms
All bonnet and storage space seals renewed
New drivers side front windscreen
The Roof has has been rubber sealed and sprayed to match the body
Window frames primed and resprayed in satin black
Rear ladder primed and resprayed in satin black
Rear crash bar renewed and resprayed and finished in satin black
All marker and rear lights changed to LED
All front lights cleaned and new bulbs fitted
Front grill area masked off primed and sprayed in satin black to give it character
It has been undersealed
Because of its age it didn’t have a reverse light so I’ve wired one which is in the rear lights with a switch on the dash
Reverse camera sprayed in satin black
Renewed the water inlet with lock
Added a new storage compartment but the back of it needs finishing
Every join on the exterior and windows sealed
Battery clamped down now which it wasn’t before
Renewed vent to grey waste tank
New horn fitted
Removed both awning rails and refitted with thicker screws and resealed
Primed and resprayed entrance door handle and lock in satin black
Renewed screen wash tank
Water and heating boiler removed because it was broken
3k generator disconnected but still fitted because I was changing it all to 240v instead of 110v

Things the motorhome comes with fitted from factory or what I have removed:
Big grey waste tank fitted (not sure of the size)
100L water tank fitted
3k generator disconnected but still fitted because I was changing it all to 240v instead of 110v

The floor, walls, ceiling has no rotting areas.

All windows and door have factory fitted sliding fly nets including the 2 roof vents

Runs and drives as it should.
Starts without a struggle no lumpiness when running it ticks over nicely.

Vehicle size 22ft x 8ft

Its a perfect start for someone to come and purchase it and put there own stamp on it.

Iโ€™ve got a big book of original documents and part numbers etc and general information about the motorhome/RV

One thing to know the v5/c is currently being sent to DVLA to change the number plates back to the original because I’ve had private plates on it. Therefore I’m just waiting on receiving the v5/c back to put original plates on.
