Vehicle Description

Significant reduction in price just in time for summer!!!

Great little all-in-one camper with toilet, shower and a multitude of ways to achieve heat and power through wood, gas (LPG tank) or electric (battery/solar)! Will come with a ton of campervan essentials so it’s ready to go (lengthy hook up cable, hose with adapter for easy refilling of water tank, fuel for the woodburner inc kindling, woodburning stove kettle, torches, metal bucket and dustpan with brush for the woodburner ash, 3G router, mirror etc etc, a ton of goodies).

Engine in great condition, runs like a charm, check it’s MOT history on the DVLA website to confirm. Was previously an ambulance and engine re-built after 100,000 miles during this time. Current mileage is 322,319. MOT to July 2024, sailed through it’s last one with no work required. The rear camera (mounted on the dashboard in the driving cabin at a nice angle) is super clear and very helpful for generally getting the campervan in and out of spaces and generally.

From the woodburner to the central heating powered by either gas or electric to the nice hot water coming out of the shower or tap this campervan really has everything you need. Combined with the solar panel it adds the necessary juice to keep you off the grid for an extended period of time. Perfect for anyone with WFH days, take it out to a place with a view and work in nature and have an extended weekend! Also I’ve not tried but I’d imagine it’s a great festival camper. I’ve been up and down the country in it, it’s the perfect size really, big enough to have everything you need but not too big it’s a nightmare for parking. Also fairly inconspicuous if you need to park in a supermarket car-park of a night (I “may” have indulged whilst on my travels).

Kitchen area is fantastic, just like your worktop at home, it has a gas stove/oven for cooking, no different to home really as the worktop space is considerable. Sink for washing up, wash hands etc. Underslug 90L water tank keeps the camper ticking over for some time. Fridge comes in very useful, it’s surprisingly spacious and has various settings so it’s not just one temperature; also has a small freezer compartment as well.

Toilet is a game changer, so nice to have a sizeable toilet conveniently located in the cabin, removable cassette which is sizeable and simple to empty and clean. The self contained toilet shower area is great for general cleaning as well if things get a bit dubby. Furthermore, if you have a pet there’s a handy outdoor hose accessed by opening one of the access doors, so you can rinse your pet or your boots or anything that’s got sand all over it outside.

Plenty of storage overhead as well as cupboards beside the kitchen area as you can see from the pics. The underseat storage is quite substantial and runs their length, simply lift the cushions to access. There’s also a bit of little storage cubbies in the front cabin.

The seating area at the back with removable table quickly converts to a bed with minimal fuss, simply remove the cushions, slide out the two frames and put the cushions back in a slightly different configuration to make a mattress. Has plenty space both ways, comfortably sleeps two but it is definitely capable of sleeping more.

We installed a 24″ TV and laptop holder, the TV can be powered by 12 or 24V so perfect for the camper! There’s also the Bluetooth stereos in front cabin and rear (with speakers in the rear) – just connect your phone once and it auto connects thereafter.

Reluctant sale as I sadly need the cash to put down on a deposit with these frankly silly mortgage rates at the minute. It’s got storage in a self contained locked facility until July as I had not anticipated needing to sell. I’m happy to transfer to the new owner as part of the negotiation. You simply drive up, open the gate and off you go. You can even park your car in there while you are away which is what I do.
